11-11-23 Today I became the proud lease owner of a new Honda CRV from Community Honda. Jim the salesman made the process smooth and doable for me.My 2 previous purchases of an Accord and Civic were also from Community Honda. I trust them and feel comfortable with their service. I recommend Community Honda to anyone looking for that right vehicle for yourself.I must also state that my Honda's have also been very dependable vehicles.

Needed a body control module for my civic. Called here and spoke with service employee Chris. We set it up to have it ordered within the week and it arrived on time. Service only took 2 hours with a 5 hour estimate so I can’t complain.

Victor was extremely helpful in our car shopping experience. He wasn't at all pushy and listened to what we were looking for. He kept us up to date on what was in stock and was always available for us when we wanted to test drive various options. And the paperwork process was much quicker than our previous experiences buying a vehicle.

This is the second car I've purchased from Community Honda. I have been to other dealerships but my experience here has been the best! Cory helped me get the exact car I wanted at a very good, fair deal. He was very thorough and honest with all my questions. Steven was also very helpful and thorough in explaining my extended warranty and financing options.

Came in to purchase a used Honda and I was very unsure of what Honda I wanted to get the salesmen greeted me and helped me find the perfect fit for me. This was my first vehicle purchase on my own and to my surprise it was a less difficult process than I thought it would be. I ended up going with a Honda Civic it’s very fuel efficient and prefect for me. Wonderful business who will work with you the best they can!. Definitely will consider continuing doing business here in the future. The people seem genuine and friendly!

beware beware. please do not take your vehicle here. if you call over the phone you'll get one price and when its all said and done, you'll will get whole different price . i was told that my vehicle will be ready at 2 pm . i did not receive a phone call saying that there was a delay. i was not offered a shuttle ride back to my house. the service advisor told me that the part cost $450. i called a different name the following day and i was told the part cost $250 .he did not let me use the coupon.said you were given a great discount. keep in my they charge you to toss away your old parts thats not factor in the quote they'll give you over the phone . i will never take my vehicle here ,nor should .i hope this helps look for a local shop much cheaper and honest

Community Honda goes out of their way to make sure they thoroughly understand their customer's needs and wants and does everything they can to make sure that the customer's expectations are met. I recently purchased my leased vehicle. Frank Cleveland made the transaction painless and had us in and out the dealership quickly. This is my fourth vehicle from Community and I wouldn't go anywhere else!

Wouldn't let me test drive the car I wanted to buy. I said "how am I going to know if I like it?" I was told "I don't know" and another salesman laughed at me. I've previously purchased a car here before and worked here. I'll never come back for any reason.Update. Bought a better deal elsewhere. Pic included. Zeigler knows how to treat people.

Excellent service provided by Jose, Brian, Sue and Steve. Thank you! I was looking on Community Honda's website 1 evening and saw that they had the exact vehicle coming in that I was looking for. I filled out my info on the online form. The next morning at 9am I received a call from Jose. I went to the dealership that evening and spoke with Sue and Brian who were super helpful and not at all pushy like they were at some of the other dealerships that I had visited. When I went to pick up the vehicle everyone was very nice and I had a great experience with Steve in finance. The 2024 HR V sold itself. The customer service was the big win for me.

Had a 2:30 appointment for an oil change. Waited almost 2 hours and requested a car wash. The vehicle was purchased there and I was told we get free car washes for the life of the vehicle since we purchased it there. Get to my car and no car wash. Also noticed numerous cars were washed but not dried. I didn’t notify the service writer because it was already close to 2 hours of waiting. This dealership needs to do better listening to there customers needs.
