Deceptive dealership, sales and manager. After purchasing two vehicles from this dealer, I returned for another. I test drove the vehicle, went through the pricing hoops, and signed. Except, when I got home from the dealership, I realized the end sale vehicle was not the car I test drove, based on the mileage of the car. Sue, the manager, notified me it is "common practice" to swap the same vehicle with the older one on the lot. After calling corporate, I was informed that this is not common practice. Sue offered to exchange the car for the one I test drove. However, no accountability for their sneaky methods. If it was common practice, they should of felt comfortable discussing the swap with me prior to closing the sale. I will not return to this dealership.

Do not purchase a new vehicle from orland park Honda!!! They inflate new vehicle prices. The salesman said it was mandatory $400 extra for mud flaps. They add$600 extra for some battery life warranty. They added $3000 to sticker. Stating it was due to low inventory. I shopped other Honda dealers for the same vehicle. They did not add any extra to the sticker price. I asked the Joliet Honda what the mandatory added prices were that the orland Honda added. They never heard of any of those charges!!! If we didn’t shop around,Orland Honda would have tried to get $4000 EXTRA over sticker. We purchased the same Honda elsewhere!!

The place was nice bright and clean! So fancy! Melissa was great to work with not pushy at all, super down to earth and relatable. The whole process was quick and easy. I had a great experience here and would definitely return.
