Used an agent out of this office to purchase my first home. I wasn't educated enough on how property taxes work and the increase I would see which became a major issue for me and my family. I hired the same realtor to help sell the property once the property taxes became unaffordable. The property sat on the market for months. I was released from the contract and hired a different realtor to sale. The new realtor got me 2 offers in less than a week. Which tells me the realtor hired out of this office wasn't doing a lot of things right. Do your RESEARCH on who you choose. I could have saved a lot of money and time. Live and Learn....

One of the agents in this office is extremely unethical and is not forthcoming on listings regarding property status. Make sure you research before selecting an agent.

Coldwell Banker Realty agents are true professionals! I've had the opportunity to work with many real estate agents here and have been impressed by their market knowledge. Plus, the office location is conveniently located in the Orland Park Crossings.

Home was over priced and major repairs needed on home. In the end, My time and money was wasted on home and agent was aware but only interested in commission that she would receive. I have been waiting for two weeks for earnest money back.

The worst!! Pat Hayes put a property on the market for way more then what it would appraise for and she knew it. Had me waste my time and money on an appraisal and inspection and wasn’t able to get the house cause her client was underwater. When it was all said and done I was out of $800 and no home. And it took to long to get my earnest money returned from them. To bad I can’t give them a negative red star.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would but unfortunately I can't. Stay far away if you are an outsider and stay away from Linda Horton! I recently accepted a counteroffer on a home and was demanded to produce a signed contract right away which I did. All of the sudden after being told the sellers only wanted to work with me first the story changed. Their realtor emailed mine saying there were multiple offers after telling her 8 hours before they would have a signed contract over in the morning and that we were the only offer (lies) - they killed the contract without asking highest and best. BE CAREFUL: according to my loan officer Linda called him asking my financial situation. That is not something to be discussed at all! Very unprofessional, unethical and non trustworthy characters over in that office. Linda Horton was their listing agent - be careful if you work with her! I would highly not recommend this office or her to anyone who is buying/selling a home! Clearly others have had issues with her to!

Linda Horton is a bit confused when people sell their homes by owner.A client of hers sold property with Ms. Horton, however, found a home for sale by owner.Ms. Horton proceeded to call on 9/23/2016 to ask if she can make an appointment to bring her client to our home. (This client of hers had been to our home (3) different times without her). She then asked if we can pay her the 2.5% commission for writing a contract. Of course we said NO, she then asked us to cancel the next days appointment.Maybe this is why people sell by Owner.

I worked with Danielle. She is amazing. She is very detailed and wont miss anything. She calls to confirm every voice mail, email or text message. Every event that happens in the process she calls to ask if you want to talk or have questions. She rarely is too busy (even though she is always busy) to take a quick call. I advise that if you want the best person to work with, get Danielle on your team.
