In response to your comments. Yes I am sure it was done there. My last several oil changes have been done through your specific dealership. I have not taken my car anywhere but your dealership for the last 3+ oil changes and it is not surprising to me that you try and pass blame. The bolt was stripped that I had to try and rethread it and then after that the oil pan was stripped because whoever put the bolt back in last forced it in…presumably using an impact drill. Not only did I have to find a temporary fix but I also had to order a new oil pan. Pictures of my last 3 oil changes done by your dealership.
Mazda of Orland Park changed my oil and stripped the oil pan threads. My guess is that they used an impact drill and forced the bolt in. As a result I am going to have to buy a new oil pan to correct the error.

Excellent customer service from the moment I stepped out of my car and up to the waiting room. Car was serviced and washed in half the time promised. :)
Would highly recommend that Mazda owners consider going to Mazda of Orland Park for their next maintenance check and service. :)

I liked buying my car there they were very patient with me I wanted to pay a certain way there patient with me. not perfect there was a cicada in the well where the wipers sit I don't know if it was dead or alive I didn't feel like looking. there is a lot of paperwork I went to another dealer but too many thing went wrong So I went there after hearing a guy on YouTube talk positively about the brand. of cars.

John Sequeira is the man!!! John went above and beyond to make sure I left Mazda of Orland with the car I wanted at a price that was fair. I could not be happier. I would gladly return for service and any other needs I could have because these people LISTEN and CARE.
