The store had a great selection, but the guy that "helped us" was kind of brash and unhelpful, which we were really looking for some advice after doing research and the worker blew us off a bit.

Awesome spot with great variety, I was about to make a purchase on morph market for a corn snake and figured I'd go check this place out first after researching a bit. The variety and pricing is great, definitely my new go to for my reptile spider related needs. Friendly healthy animals and well taken care of. Thank you for my reverse okeetee the family and I love it. I'll try to add a photo soon once he gets acquainted to his new home.

These guys have been in business since I think the '80s definitely have been there since 1993.
If you want to see some animals that you might only see in the zoo, they sometimes have them
Birds reptiles and saltwater fish.
Good store and I'm glad to see they're still around and happy to give them business

I live in Chicago Illinois and this is my favorite reptile house ever hands down they have everything from Turtles to different type of monitors to geckos iguanas snakes spiders and more and even on the left side of the store is a ton of different types of fish and right after that a ton of different birds this place is amazing not to mention the employees here I've had a great experience with they are kind and helpful

I’ve been a customer of the reptile house for the last 20 plus years, can’t believe I’ve never left a review for them. The store and staff is great! Always a nice selection of reptiles, fish, and birds. I recently purchased an Asian water monitor (black dragon) from here and what an amazing animal! And for a great price! The black dragon is doing phenomenal and socializing very well. Thank you guys for running one of the best reptile shops in the Midwest!

Loved going to this place. They are friendly and knowledgeable. They have a wide variety of pets to choose from and some beautiful designer morphs you will not see at lost pet stores. Plus they had patience for all my pain in the butt questions.

We drove 35 minutes to get Springtails and some other stuff that was not in stocks. Not only were the staff nice but there was a man that took us around the store showed up snakes in the back of the store he was working on... I didn't buy anything & was treated like I spent a million dollars. Thank you guy's .

Very nice shop. Well stocked and very friendly staff.

Answered all my questions very informative gave me a better option for a leopard gecko that I have at home. They offered Repic soil and I’m glad that I Took A bag and a leopard gecko loves it more than reptile carpet. I will continue to shop here as I am from Indiana.
