Chase is always pretty good. There's short wait times and most things you can do with a phone and don't have to actually go in. The few times I've gone they have many workers and the wait is very short

Belinda was an absolute pleasure to work with! She went above and beyond to assist me when I had an issue pertaining to unauthorized charges/fraudulent charges on one of my credit cards that was tied to my Chase account. I had been given the run around by many people, including the Chase Executive Office and she was the only one who took the time to try to help me sort things out. While I have been turned off to Chase due to the issues I was having, if I ever return, it will be to this branch because of her. She really needs to be recognized for her outstanding customer service!!!!

Waiting 2 hours for a customer service. And still waiting, and waiting and waiting for sooooo long. This branch needs additional manpower. :-(

The employees that work here in chase are amazing! They are soo patient and helpful even when i asked them a million questions! I literally pass 2 chase banks just to come here becuase of how polite and respectful they are! True true professionalism!!

I parked in their lot, away from the building Saturday night hours after closing and got towed. I called and talked to Tom Murray, a rep of the bank and told him I have several accounts there and it was hrs after closing but he could care less. The tow sign with info was up towards the building and Chase customer only signs are by the street where I parked. Well I no longer will be a customer!!!!

F this place, parked there, got towed. Sign says parking for chase patrons only. We, by definition are patrons of chase.

I went to put in cash 400$ into a friend's account and instead of explaining that this is a nationwide policy of not accepting cash unless your name is on the account, I was told this was a bank policy. I can understand that policy but the manager also did not attempt to verify with my friend that it was o. k. through a phone call. Instead she wanted my own bank card information that, I didn't feel I should give her or for me to go get a money order or transfer both of which I would have to pay $ for. Not to mention take up more of my time. After calling the customer service it was explained to me that she could have gone further and tried other ways to help me with this money deposit. I don't use this bank and after seeing what a poor job the bank manager did with assisting me I never would. Maybe other Chase banks would have done this differently but this one did not. Now my friend has to take time from work to put the same cash into her account. Just one more inconvenience from Chase. I would think twice before I went to this bank.
