I must say, this particular branch is outstanding! The staff is extremely friendly, and the private client team is excellent. I have only positive things to say about the way they manage this establishment. However, I am leaving a one-star review because Chase support is simply terrible. I was locked out of making card payments or transfers for an extended period of time due to supposed 'system upgrades.' But when the bill came, how can one explain such inconvenience? It was a truly horrible experience, and as a result, I have decided to move my funds to a different company

The culture at Chase is passing their customers off to another department instead of focusing on customer service. They don't take the time to research who at Chase can resolve the problem. Instead, they guess and transfer the call. Then the next rep says they're the wrong department too. Then you're transferred again. When you finally get traction, and a representative says an issue is resolved, there is no follow-up or follow-through. When you reach back out, you discover that the problem was never resolved, and you have to start all over again. You may get transactional convenience with a big bank like Chase, but customer care and service are sacrificed when you need them the most.

Although I got a good refinance rate over a year ago, Chase continues to be pro-them and anti-customer. I made a Chase account to Chase account payment today that should be automatic, but it was not. When I called customer service they told me it "could be automatic or could take up to 2 days." I will be taking my non-mortgage business elsewhere! If I could give them 0 stars, I would.

First of all I have to say that mostly of the staff it’s friendly and kind an exception of a gentleman called “Manny”, everything started by checking on the waiting list I also requested assistance in Spanish, the gentleman offered to assist according to the list he mentioned that he was almost coming to get me and he got me over an hour waiting at the end he didn’t help at all, he passed right on me like I was not even there and the worst of it he wasn’t busy at all, he was not attending clients! Very obnoxious, unprofessional and even seemed like he was tired of his shift he disappeared for over 45 minutes and that was counted the 15 minutes left was when I walked in an average waiting time.

The service at Chase was absolutely phenomenal. I went in not expecting the best service from such a large bank, but I was completely wrong. Manuel Rivera really helped me out with everything I needed, and was so kind and extremely knowledgable about all the questions I asked. Highly recommend this bank as the customer service I experienced from Manuel was unmatched.

The human staff I intentionally made my deposit through misinformed me of what needed to be done and resulted in a huge delay. It was a pretty straightforward transaction. Probably better off using the machines, sadly.

The service at this branch 151st and Lagrange was fantastic. I was greeted and recommended to see the teller for faster service. The teller smiled and helped me with my direct deposit paper. It was a very pleasant and enjoyable experience. Thank you Orland Park Chase. I told my husband and friends to go to this branch for great service. The Frankfort and Mokena branches were awful. Definitely everyone go to Orland Park, they are terrific.

It was a great experience overall. Casey, Dugan was amazing and helpful.
