I called the Orland Park Illinois office and they didn’t answer and someone from Florida answered and couldn’t hep me AT ALL. My advice is to stay as far away from Charles Schwab that you can ??

Hard to find but once there efficient as all locations. As with other locations no one answers main phone at branch so couldn't ask for direction help

I have been trying for over a MONTH now to get in touch with someone, anyone, from Charles Schwab. I tried requesting an appointment via their website and also calling the Tinley Park & Wacker locations, atlas no response whatsoever. Being in finance myself, If this is any indication of the level of service or business they provide I would advise seeking alternative options instead of wasting your time.

I have a very serious situation with my father that has dementia. I have a court order stating I have guardianship. Went to the office with my court order and the necessary paperwork from Schwab and was treated extremely rudely and was not given any information. Had to speak with someone at corporate that essentially blew me off. I spent 1 hour and 15 minutes calling the office today and no one would pick up the call. Finally I spoke with a person that looked it up on the computer nad they stated NO ONE WAS WORKING ON IT!!! I demanded to speak with someone in corporate and after being placed on hold for 13 minutes he assured me that someone would call me right back. Never happened. Tried calling the office back and they answered and hung right up. Now been on hold with corporate for 15 minutes.All while my father is being robbed blind!!!
