Experience was great!! Manager Phil had cashier order me a shoe they didn’t have. Cashier named Odalys was super nice and got my shoes like 3 days later too!! Amazing location!!

Yesterday we had a very bad experience with Vanessa V and Phill (the manager) I had went on Tuesday and purchased two pairs of shoes yesterday I went with my parents to return one of the pairs me and my mom entered the store Vanessa was in the middle register and two clients were on the side register I was standing in line were I had stood on Tuesday no one ever made a comment and other people were also standing in line in the same area on Tuesday but yesterday Vanessa said are you in line with an attitude I responded by saying I just got here (no one else was in line and again those two clients were already at the register) she told me the line wasn’t there and that it was the other side again with an attitude I feel like there should be markings on the floor or signs where the line is since depending on who you get to check you out will decide where the line starts one day and the next they decide it’s on a different side we never got the receipt of our email I know that a lot of stores if you paid with card they’ll be able to verify that you made the purchase they told me their policies had change when I told my mom that she told them that wasn’t her fault that she never got the receipt my mom was also telling me that she was noticing that Vanessa was laughing about the situation we were able to return the shoes and get a refund after we left since my dad didn’t know what happened when we first got to the store we started telling him our experience with Vanessa he went back to talk to the manager Phill he was saying that he would talk to her but then from what my dad was telling us he wasn’t letting my dad finish talking my dad asked for their names and he had said her name was Vanessa when Phill came back with a paper with their names written down it said Ale and Will my dad then questioned him saying you gave me different names the guy was then giving my dad a bunch of lies when it came to the names my dad then looked at his name tag and it said Phill as for Vanessa V I was able to get her name from the receipt when we did the return

although we didn’t find what we wanted because of lack of sizes, the man helping us was very patient with my younger brother. i wish i caught his name but it looked like he was a new trainee. good service just wish more sizes were in stock.

Very ignorant employees also the manager was even rude. I shouldn’t hear you handling your store issues while I’m making a purchase. That should be done in private . Chicago ridge is much better and employees are nice.

An employee by the name of Rosendo was extremely rude, and refused to give me a refund when I had the merchandise and receipt present. He’s needs to be fired cause he has poor customer service.
