My fifth project in the last four years and CarpetOne did not disappoint. Great to work with Mike who makes the process easy and quick. The installers did a great job as always-hardworking and got it done in one day with great cleanup. So pleased to be done and on to enjoying my new upstairs level

I’d like to give Kudos to Tim Eastman that sold me carpet and flooring for my new home. He is professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. He always made time for my many calls and was patient when I changed my choices even at the last minute! The installers Dago and Javier did an excellent job going above and beyond to make the flooring look perfect. They were friendly, efficient, stayed on tasks until the job was done, and cleaned up. Well done ! Great job! Thank you all.

What a great company to trust for your carpet works. From choosing color and quality, Mike was very professional and invested to ensure we got the best of our investment and the best comfort for our home. Mike is very customer centric that even when I delayed deliberately to move forward, he was very patient to wait until I finally made up my mind.The installation team is very experienced and fast-paced and absolutely excellent. These guys finished the whole house in less than 16 hours of work.Now we have excellent floors, restyled staircase from waterfall to Hollywood courtesy of Mike's suggestion. It all looks breathtaking indeed. I highly recommend Carpet Interiors of Orland Park and Mike in particular for all your carpet needs.

I’m so in love with our new flooring!!!If your in the store ask for Tim Teastman he made the entire experience easy, educated me about the flooring I was choosing, and wasn’t pushy at all and kept me informed throughout. Javier was our installer and he was great as well came in worked fast with precision and detail he did an amazing job!!! We would definitely use again in the future for any of our flooring needs!

Highly recommend! Mike was exceptionally great helping explain the INS and outs about replacing and installing our parents new carpet. They scheduled us within days and around our trash day and the great installers brought old carpet to curb for pick up at no extra cost. Installer Donald and teammate were right on time, very pleasant and informative and quick and cleaned up! We are already recommending to our neighbors. Plus, they are a local business. All around super job!
