“Amazing outstanding service! My salesmen Aleksander was so helpful and pleasant. The finance manager was amazing and just all of the staff in general. I have literally never went to a dealership and left within two hours of arriving with a new car. Normally you are at dealers for at least half a day. I arrived around 5:30pm on Friday and I was signing papers at 7pm with a great interest rate. I do feel they went above and beyond and met every expectation. We live in a day and time where customer service is not what it used to be and typically dealerships do not have the nicest or most honest people. At Lexus Of Orland I feel they genuinely care and want to put you in a good situation to have a long term relationship with their clients. 10 out of 10 for me and I would recommend anyone there.”
“Great prices and they have a prewash station to remove windshield bugs or stubborn bird yuck. Fast service and reasonable prices. There was a young gentleman near the pay gate to assist me when paying. He was kind and professional. The machine did do an okay job for the express service but I really needed a simple wash and it did the job for $7.00. I’ll try the next level up and compare next time.
They offer free vacuuming upon exit but please be considerate of others and don’t leave your garbage on the floor. They offer plenty of trash bins.

“These guys washed my wife's Stinger and did an awesome job!!! The Stinger looked as good as it did when we bought it brand new. I do recommend this car wash, and will be returning on a regular basis.”
“I’ve tried all the other local car washes. I have a huge suv and if i go anywhere else i have soap left on it. This place, my truck comes out very clean. A little less clean if i go on the weekends when they seem to run the line a bit faster bc it’s busy.
I love the Halloween themed car wash in October. Very cute.”

“Aymen provided absolute 5 star service, however this location’s rating gets dinged at least a star by one of his coworkers. I paid for the $34 full service which took about 30 minutes to complete. Upon completion, the person who finished on my car did not have my floor mats in along with missing quite a few spots inside the car. When Aymen was alerted of this, he immediately jumped into action to correct and properly finish the service. He has earned my business in the future and I would recommend him. Overall, I am satisfied with the service provided for the amount I paid.”
