One of my favorite places to go too. They carry black magic unlike any places locally! The staff is so friendly and willing to go out of their way to find the best supplements and product for your needs! Very clean inside as well. I recommend this place to all friends and family!

Capitol Nutrition is a family owned and operated nutrition and supplement shop tucked right off 159th and Harlem Ave.Contrary to initial belief, they are more than just protein and supplements.With a wide array of vitamins, minerals, health and wellness products, and even essential oils!, you'll be certain to find something to fit your lifestyle to maintain your health, if not, improve.From the moment you walk in, you are greeted with a smile, the staff makes you feel like you are family. They have a plethora of knowledge amongst them as well. From bodybuilding (natty or pro hormones), to skin and body care, the staff here can really help!They also have a loyalty program that earns you coupons off future purchases. And not to worry, they don't sell your information like big box companies. It stays in their system only. It's helped track purchases made prior in case I forgot what I got from a previous trip.Whether you're passing through the area, or a long time resident, do yourself a favor, and skip the grocery store or even those overpriced corporate chains for your supplement needs, head over to Capitol Nutrition, and join the family!

The employees here are very educated on their products and offer many solutions to help offer you better health. They have several locations and They’re prices are great! If they don’t have it in stock they will hold one aside for you as soon as they restock. Capitol nutrition is always my go to spot!!

Capital Nutrition Orland Park is hands down the best nutrition store in our area. Dan & Chris (other staff I haven’t met or interacted with yet) have always been very welcoming. Good People!Great location to stop for an afternoon energy drink with lots of selections. I can’t recommend enough.

I want to take time to personally thank Dan and Chris as well as the Capitol nutrition staff. Their willingness to help, educate , and go out of their way to answer any questions I had about supplements , my own personal diet, general fitness info etc. Hands down the best service I’ve ever received and glad I found my local supplement shop. Im excited to continue business and keep learning from the experts. Thank you again Dan and Chris.

I rather serendipitously found this tidy, clean, organized, uncluttered shop when I had an appointment in the same shopping/business center. I found some great stuff I needed, from essential oils (made by an Illinois company, so that’s a win) to raw vegan supplements. I did a bit of a double take because the attractive prices weren't what I'd have expected in a retail store of this variety, or in an area this obviously prosperous where prices are often higher. I certainly didn't feel like I needed to hold off and buy the products online, as I realized the prices were the same or better (quite a bit better in some cases, in fact) as I'd been paying online. It’s beneficial to the business and customer when pricing makes products accessible to customers and we can support local businesses at the same time. The biggest standout part of this visit was Aggie, the employee who gets a sky full of stars. She was kind and very knowledgeable; you can tell she's a good person who wants to put good energies into the world, and she’s immensely relatable and empathetic. There was quite good footfall here for a cold, windy, occasionally flurried working Monday (not that blustery weather stops folks in Chicagoland from doing anything!), and Aggie courteously greeted every individual and let them know she was available if they wanted assistance - that's ideal because it lets customers feel acknowledged and appreciated but not hovered over or pressured. Interestingly, I think every customer who came in while I was there did want help or advice, and Aggie was a wealth of information and apparent keeper of knowledge. Aggie seemed intuitive in her way of engaging with folks, and her bright energy was uplifting. I'm pleased with my high-quality purchases, the prices were right and appropriate, and a stellar employee generous in her scattering of joy made the visit special.
