From the time I first walked into the BMW dealership to the time my BMW was personally delivered to my home; I received outstanding customer service. I had the pleasure of working with Victoria Kendra. Victoria was personable yet professional. She was knowledgeable of my vehicle and was patient with explaining all the technical features. Even though I went to BMW multiple times, Victoria did not try to use any tactics to rush me in my decision making. We all trusted the process. Victoria exceeded my expectations as a client advisor. I would recommend BMW of Orland Park if you are looking for five star overall luxury experience.

All 10s to Victoria at BMW Orland!!! As soon as my mother-in-law and I came in last Saturday, we were greeted by Victoria and she made the process such a breeze! She answered all of our questions with enthusiasm and I felt comfortable talking to her. I did not feel rushed through the process. My best car buying experience ever. I never liked the car buying experience until this one. I highly recommend this dealership. I had zero stress with the process this time from sales to finance and out the door. Amir was an amazing sales support and communicated well. Not to mention that the $value quoted at the onset stayed the same. Actually, it was $20+ lower and an a good % rate. Thanks Amir. Thanks Matt. Thanks Mark. It was a pleasure working with you three.
