The atm ate $200 in cash and didn't deposit it into my account. I went inside and said they would file a claim. Also, the manager would call me later that day. I never heard anything. I called the next day and finally got a claim number but still no call from the manager. I called BMO on the 3rd day to find out they didn't file the claim correctly and customer service had to do a new claim. Called and left another message for Hannah the manager. She called back finally and said she would look into it and call me back which she never did. Left her a message with no response. Will go two minutes down the road to another BMO from now on.

I went in to ask questions and needed help completing application Hana said she would assist me but that never happened poor service.she then went on to lie in my face in telling me she would follow up with me today that never happened as well

Candice is the worst teller I've ever encountered. Very rude. Don't waste your time going to thus branch. Absolute nightmare

Amazing service in opening a checking account. Mrs. Urfi Tariq helped me and was great! Recommend her for anything you want to get done and BMO!

I'm giving above 5 stars for Anne who I've had as my helper at this bank for many years for how above and beyond she has gone to help me and my family! For Urfi however, I give 0 stars for the unpleasant experience of being tricked into opening another account I specifically and repeatedly made clear I did not want to create and was only at the bank to make a simple last name change on my current accounts but she did so anyways and refused to close the account. Any business you need to get finished at BMO, speak with Anne!
