I fully understand why this bank has received a large number of negative reviews. My first attempt to do business with them will be my first and last attempt. Don't feel like you have been ignored because you are a small depositor. I could not even get a return call from them concerning a three hundred thousand dollar deposit. If any banks are going to fail, this should be one of them.

I attempted to work with a rep on a small banking issue. She kept her tone and energy low but was very successful in being rude and passive aggressive. She also entertained another customer at her desk while providing my personal information on the phone to a bmo rep. I could visibly access the other customers banking info which was laid out on her desk.

Unprofessional bankers. Opened a new account when I moved to the area with a $300 bonus incentive. The bonus was never paid despite satisfying all requirements. To date I have placed over 6 phone calls to customer service as well as the banker who opened the account. The banker has yet to call back and the issue is still being passed back and forth for resolution between this branch and customer service.I opened a new account with just a few hundred dollars to see how this bank operates before moving the remainder of my finances over. BMO Harris, and this branch specifically, will not be seeing anymore of my money.

I have to come here very frequently for work purposes, and even when they have no cars in the drive through I’m waiting for at the very least 20 minutes. At first I thought things were just tough there, but it’s clear to me now they just don’t have a clue what they are doing.

Stay away from these loan officers!!! Almost a month of waiting and requesting more information about my company to tell me they use the worst and most un updated credit agency instead of Experian. 100 point difference which would have approved me, instead of waiting almost a month to tell me no and I cannot have it reviewed!! Not a neighborhood friendly bank at all!!!!!
