This place has the absolute worst customer service. First time around they had my car for 2 mths. Pick my car up 2 weeks ago. I went to pay for my car. The cashier write down how much she counted But didn’t add correctly I already saw she didn’t. Was going to let it go. She actually was rude and sarcastically saying you want to count it. Then I was like ok nope you can count it again. Found her mistake. Now fast forward to now Check engine light comes on. Now for two mths of paying car rental and over 3,000.00 for repairs. She tell me Candice I’m speak with my manager about our rental. Drop car off she never mentioned a price as if she spoke with her manager about the courtesy. So I guess the manager didn’t feel the need to work with a customer.After them not letting me know the engineer were on strike that’s what was taking to long.I don’t even want to drive a fiat anymore at this point. Avoid them the dealership and the car.

I pulled into the service center because my 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee was running extremely hot, which had never happened before. I didn't have much time because I was on my way to a work event to set up before everyone showed up. I asked Patrick Bergeron if he could help me figure out the problem and give me a temporary fix that would get me to my destination and back to the service center. He suggested putting in whatever that liquid is to keep my engine cool. While I was at the counter purchasing it, he went out to my truck, looked underneath and then popped the hood and saw that I was leaking fluid. He was able to confirm they could get the part today, put me in a loaner, had his staff transfer all of my stuff to the loaner and got me out the door in under 30 min. The best part is, he told me that it was under warranty!!!!! I was amazed at the level of service. Patrick is a rock star!!!

I highly recommend the Bettenhausen service department.My service advisor, Candace, updated me every step of the way! She did a great job explaining what was needed to get my transmission fixed and running smooth.

Awful place to have your car serviced. They told me my car would be ready on Thursday. I called a dozen times between Thursday and Saturday and didn’t receive a single call back. I finally went in to the location on Saturday evening and the receptionist (not Jess, she’s fine) had the nerve to give me attitude for how many times I had called her. As if she ever even tried to help me.1 star for service1 star for communication0 stars for the awful receptionistI hope bettenhausen does not take this lightly. I’m not the only person I know who is fed up with this location.

Just wanted to Write a review about our sales rep/Manager was Sam Jody, He sold me a 2018 Dodge Challenger Shaker hood vehicle which was in amazing condition, Sam really knows his craft and is passionate about this field, he was proactive in fixing some minor cosmetic issues which was taken care of efficiently and effectively, overall it was just a very smooth and friendly environment here, no hard sales tactics or anything of that nature just pure intentions and a great passion for vehicles which is nice to see in the sales side of this business, i will highly recommend him and this dealer family to anyone looking for a car. I'ts nice to see a dealer with performance orientated background and similar mindset to the people working here.

Worst Customer Service in the industry. DO NOT purchase here! I spoke with the sales manager, Abdul, regarding an issue I had with the Jeep I purchased here. He told me he would discuss the issue with his general manager and call me back within 2 days. It has now been 3.5 weeks and I cannot get ahold of him at all. I have left 4 voicemails over the last 3 weeks for him to call me back and have received nothing at all. I had purchased my prior two vehicles at this location but they have now lost a future customer forever. Take your money elsewhere, they truly don't care about their customers at all.

Candace in service was awesome. Upon arrival she greeted me. She asked what service I needed and when she scheduled it she informed me there was one car ahead of me and how long it would take which I greatly appreciated.

The Absolute BEST team & Customer Service in the Tinley/Orland Park Area. The service department is beyond excellent. We brought 2 of our cars in for repair and they were very thorough in explaining what repairs were needed and the costs. There is no guesswork, which is great! This is the only place I will go to for any repairs. 10/10, Highly recommend Bettenhausen for any mechanical work! You will leave satisfied knowing your car/truck is in great hands. Highly satisfied with their services.

Awesome experience.Salesman. Charles Johnson is a remarkable man. This is My 3rd vehicle with mr Johnson and he didn't disappoint. I will purchase from Bettenhauser again. Great waiting area.

They will lie to you and your warranty company and play victim in order to cause confusion or buy time if you have a repair they don't really want to make or can't get to right away due to how backed up they are. They told me it would take a month just to hear back from my warranty company to get it approved for them to start repairs etc. I spoke to my warranty company and was told that it never takes that long to for them because they respond right away and was actually waiting on a response from this dealership at the moment. They told me that a claim was filed by this dealership but was ultimately closed out due to no response from dealership. So basically this dealership was telling me that it would be a month before they heard anything back from the warranty company but was secretly ignoring the warranty company behind the scenes. I can only assume that they would do something so strange like this because of how backed up they are... This dealership probably told me a month because they knew deep down, it would probably be much longer considering the other reviews left for this business about how long they take... so they just told me a month to sort of test the waters and see if I would still want them to do the work. I decided not to have them do the work by picking up the vehicle and they called the warranty company shortly afterwards to add feedback to an already closed out claim and told the claims department that I was... "VERY upset and stated that I was taking the vehicle elsewhere!" ?I never told this dealership anything like that. I never even once expressed that I was upset to any of them.? I literally just went there, paid the diagnostic fee and left. I never talked to them about any future plans or anything. They literally lied for no reason. Tried to play both sides by calling the warranty company to add negative remarks to the claim after I chose not to let them make repairs.. I wouldn't recommend this dealership. Untrustworthy and two-faced with very poor customer service. As a customer, my time and money wasn't valued at all and to be honest they could probably care less at this point. Look at the other reviews. I wish I had read them prior. No honor or integrity. I dodged a bullet..

The worst experience with a dealer of all time. My 21 jeep has been there on and off for over 3 months. Cant ever get ahold of anyone for updates. Finally got a call that they wont work under warranty on it any further and good luck. Spoke with jeep and having it transferred to another dealer. Jeep was with them for a month then picked up and drove for 300 miles before being broken down again. Then was with them for another month and was told it was ready to pick up. Didnt make it out of the parking lot before it broke down again. Take your money and loyalty somewhere else because this place is terrible
