They tried. I said I'd be there 2hrs and salesman said OK he'll have car there when I arrive. I'm within 3 miles and dealer calls and says different store sold truck. 126 mile round trip thru 12 mile backup on 94 just set me off. They sent me money for trip that covered that but as far as experience, not good. There system is flawed as telling 2hr drive there needs to be a hold system or tell ever customer there is absolutely not.

The sales and service department do not care about selling a car that is unsafe to drive as long as they make a sale. They ignore your calls and cannot get any information unless you drive there. They have put my daughter and I life at risk making me drive a faulty car claiming the parts have not arrive 4 months after selling us the car

From the time I walked into the establishment I was greeted and treated with respect. I love how the salesman was knowledgeable about the exact vehicle I came in for. He went above and beyond and through every obstacle that possible came my way. This car purchase was an early birthday gift to myself and I am so happy with my decisions.

Bought a 2023 Toyota Tacoma and the paperwork took forever. I spent almost 4 hours at the dealership to complete the purchase. The sales manager was ok but he changed the price of the vehicle I purchased and lied about my trade in. He said that the trade was involved in an accident.

The Service writers and cashiers are all very nice professional and personable. The dealership Is always clean. The location is great, if you are going to wait for your vehicle there are a variety of places to shop as well as restaurants, within walking distance. 2 ??

I would recommend this place to everyone. I never had any issues with the cars I bought from this place. Bettenhausen also has great customer service and they do a good job on maintaining your car if you need something fixed
