Staff and store manager are cheating Coustomer. I bought 32”Westinghouse tv onDecember 6th 2023 with 2 year warranty and on last week of January, Rf connection on back of tv goes loose and every time tv I cannot see channel because of loose connection.I can’t tight too much because it is suppose to tight with finger and not with any pliers. I went to Coustomer service with tv , and receipt and ask all this and she told me that it is in warranty , so I can get new one and I don’t have to pay anything for tv and warranty.It is a Roku tv , so I ask to delete all my information from tv. She told me to go to geek squad department , they will take care.Everything was done .After that I ask this guy, what I need to do for this tv. He told me don’t worry we will take care.After that I went to tv section and take tv to the same lady to check out. Now she told me , I need to pay $ 14.99 again, because I use warranty for bad tv we which I returned.I told her to call stores Manager, he told me to pay , because I use warranty, it was very long long discussion about this . I told him whenever I bought any big items and if I returns they refund my money with warranty money.After that I told Manager , I don’t want to pay money, I will take my old tv and I will talk to Coustomer service, better business bureau, and all other media about this matter.Than stores Manager told me I drop my tv to geek squad, so he can’t give me back.After a long long discussion he waive charges.All this matter I want to discuss with CEOOf Best Buy, how they all are lying to Coustomer to make money.After that I try too many time to talk toCorporate Coustomer service, but nobody attend the phone, and line goes to regular customers service. And I ask them another phone no for corporate office. But it was not given.I will not give a single star.I am waiting call from CEO , so thatI can explain everything. This store should be closed immediately, because all are trying to cheat. From Coustomer department to Store manager.Udaykumar Gandhi

Worked with 3 sales associates. 1 was a manager. Was told the IPHONE I purchased was sim card compatible. Was not.Either was lied to or sales is incompetent. Either way I lost personal time, was embarrassed upon delivery of phone as a gift and will never trust any employee again.What are options make this right?

I have a installation of a new car radio for my vehicle on the 31st, I tried calling this location today to see if there was a potential possibility to reschedule the installation to an earlier date and was pretty much told the only availability was the 31st or if I wanted to reschedule I could reschedule for January 11th.If I'm asking for an earlier date to have it installed why would you present me with an option that is almost 2 weeks later than what is already scheduled? I'm pretty certain I asked for an earlier date not a later one.I hope the people installing my radio have more common sense than whoever I just talked to on the phone that was a customer support representative.
