Very bad customer service. I left my computer with them and I also left a note to them that I wanted it on the same day. I told them that I needed to update Windows to 11 because it did not allow me to update. They changed me 100$. When I come back to them two days later to receive the computer, they told me that the problem had only been diagnosed and Windows had not been downloaded. They asked me to do it for myself, so my money for what??? I asked for the money back as long as the problem was not resolved, and they refused.. Even though I am their customer, I will never return to this store, and I am upset with them and feel that I have been deceived!

Geek squad is so slow. The workers just are talking to each other and friends. The guy next to me has been waiting 20 minutes past his appointment time. I’ve been waiting 15 minutes. What prompted my review is they were looking at us and decided not to help. Smh

unfortunately, this store deceives customers, at first the seller says one thing, and when it comes to the order, they say such nonsense that you look at them at the manager when you enter, it makes you feel sorry for them, how they deceive ???

I spoke with someone today at Best Buy because I'm interested in mobile hot spots. When I asked what would be a hotspot they'd recommend such as unlimited data, I was told to contact a provider for that info. Come on! If a tech expert can't take an educated guess from the merchandise they sell by checking their website, what exactly are these experts doing. Oh, and don't send send me arobo reply to this review. Pathetic.

Unfortunate experience while buying a new phone. Sales person-Dominique- unkind and dismissible. As I attempt to open a box to double check the type power adapter, she pulls it out of my hands, provides poor support for items needed and as I arrive home I have a new power adapter but no cord to charge my phone. I attempted to call the store directly but was transferred off shore, only to hear " we can't transfer you to the store, if you wish to talk to a manager you will have to go directly to the store". I live an hour away from that store and simply happed to be in the area...silly me thinking that it was a good time to get a new phone. Shame on you Best Buy, nothing about today's visit to your sore was best. Do better!

Way too busy when we were there. Store was short staffed and we had to wait at least 20 minutes to be assisted.

Walked in and welcomed by a friendly person. I stated I was looking for an audio receiver. And was directed to home audio equipment. Greater said they would send someone to help but it may take 10 mins. Another headset person saw me 10 minutes in and said I was next. 30 minutes later I left after staring at empty receiver shelf, no assistance, no questions, no one in audio rooms to help, no questions s answered. Lost a sale today Bestbuy. Store was clean, bright, and decently laid out. Ability to play with equipment was limited by screen locks or remote locks. Can’t even test equipment by yourself. Booo.

Had to see the geek squad with a problem I had with my computer. Got it fixed quickly and got some helpful tips. Lou was very nice. Great customer service.

Couldn't find what I was looking for, settled on something else. Cashier suggested I look in the back of the store. I did, even looked for an employee to help back there. There were 2 others waiting too, so I left. There was a line for the 1 cashier. He was sooo slow. The problem was, he was trying to sell their credit card and a $179.99 protection plan to everyone! He even gave me a pamphlet! All I bought was a gift card!
