BDI Playhouse is changing my daughter's life. I used to worry about how to help her succeed, but now I'm constantly surprised at how quickly she's pregressing. She loves "playing" with her therapist and I love to see her so happy and confident!

I honestly could not ask for more. My son has been seeing Jade for OT for several years and she has far exceeded all of my expectations. She continually goes above and beyond for us, is always willing to help in any way she can, even on her own time. She always listens to my concerns, and jumps in to action. Both Jade and the staff at the Orland office have assisted us with IEP goals, collaboration with my son's school team and his home ABA team and helped with my effort to obtain insurance coverage for home therapy equipment. We drive over 40 minutes each way, because it's worth it. The clinic itself is like a special needs wish list come true. The equipment and resource options are endless. I can't think of a single thing they do not have. It always looks as if the cleaning crew just left and the whole building just has such an upbeat and positive vibe. You will not be disappointed if you choose BDI for your child's therapy needs!

We have been going to BDI playhouse for over 10 years now. The therapists there truly care about the kiddos and they feel like family to us. They are always looking for ways to help them overcome their challenges. I couldn't be any happier with BDI.

Wow don't be fooled they are in no way professionals unbelievable how many mistakes they have made with insurance documents personal records and my child's personal information that they feel free to give to anybody who asks this information is protected by law so when somebody calls and they give them whatever information they want that is a no-no but they don't seem to understand that that's why I filed a complaint with the attorney generals Office it's a shame to most of the employees there a very nice and seem to know what they're doing but management needs a serious revamp and if you ask who owns or runs video playhouse you will not get a straight answer which tells me something is shady I will do not recommend PDI Playhouse Collections anybody for any reason whatsoever there is plenty of other places out there

Jameson has made so much progress since starting therapy at BDI and I couldn't be happier. What I discovered is that therapy is not only for him but for me as well. As a parent of a child who needs just a bit of extra care it is helpful when someone really listens and guides you through the process of getting your child the help he needs. I am grateful for any extra minute they extend me and all their helpful advice and willingness to communicate with his therapists in the school system to ensure he has the best chance of success. Everyone there is a pleasure to work with and I am so happy we found you!

We have been at BDI for almost 2 years and have had nothing but excellent experiences and so much improvement for our daughter. She has had the best therapists that tailor her exercises and activities to her interests and make each session so much fun. All the staff is so kind and friendly, and you can tell they genuinely love their job. BDI Playhouse has helped guide us through this journey in giving our child the most options and advantages to be successful (and safe) now and in school and whichever sport she chooses as she gets older. We are so happy with her progress, their love and guidance, and this program overall. We highly recommend BDI Playhouse to everyone!

My son has been receiving Speech and OT for the past 5 years. We have worked with 3 different therapists in this time and have been incredibly happy with the progress he has made. He looks forward to going each week and has a fun time there, while learning new ways to help reach his goals. Ms. Lauren, Ms. Allie & Ms. Trish are all wonderful people to work with and include you as part of the "team" to allow follow up at home to help him become so successful! BDI is definitely a place to come feel welcome, have fun but most importantly help each individual child reach his/her goals.

The therapists and the staff at BDI are amazing! My son has made a tremendous about of progress with his physical and behavioral/emotional needs. The therapists collaborate with each other and consistently share recommendations with me to help at home. They truly care about my son and treat him more like family than a patient. I can't say enough great things about everyone at BDI. They are the best!!!!

BDI playhouse has been amazing to work with, everyone is so helpful and friendly! Lauren has done awesome work with my son and has gone above and beyond to help him in any way she can. My son is meeting developmental milestones on time and I know it is because of the help and knowledge of the therapists at BDI playhouse.

We have been bringing our son to BDI Playhouse for over a year and have seen much growth in him. Our son looks forward to working with Jade and Lindsey for a speech and occupational therapy co-treat session each week. We appreciate everything that they do for us!

My experience with BDI in both the Aurora and Orland location has been incredible. I am a Chicago area Orthotist specializing in pediatrics. I work with many out patient facilities and BDI is always my top recommendation to families looking for services. The therapists are hand chosen for their specific skills, and they are continuously building on their knowledge and equipment. BDI offers children and their families so much, it is truly the full package. Things like aqua therapy, serial casting, and gait clinic are not available at most pediatric facilities. I am speaking not only as a medical professional who works with the therapists and office staff at BDI, but also as a mother who has had their child treated there. From insurance authorization help to complete satisfaction on therapeutic treatment of my child. Thank you BDI for all that you do!

We have been at BDI for over two years consistently with the same Occupational and Speech Therapists. I have the most incredible level of trust in these two women who have absolutely changed not only my son’s life, but mine. We had a sub par experience with ECI and I chose to pull him and pay out of pocket to have him here. Lauren R. and Ann T. have taken my non verbal, hard to transition, misunderstood toddler into a social, verbal and fun little boy! There is the most incredible level of communication between his team of therapists and us as a family. They’re consistently mastering new goals with him pushing him through milestones I never thought he could reach. I completely recommend BDI Playhouse in Orland Park
