These guys are real pros. Very knowledgeable and I one of only a couple shops in my life that I have trusted their word and work. They used to do work on 550i and I never had an issue.
I called about brakes for my 2022 M340i and they were like, “ you know that you can get the dealer to fix that at no charge under the warranty.” I appreciate the forthrightness. Still tempted to take it to them and pay them anyway. That’s how much I trust these guys.

I have been taking my BMW to Bavarian Auto Werkes for the last five years. They have been absolutely amazing every time and I can always count on them for great reliable service and fair pricing. I will not take my BMW anywhere else but here. Highly recommended!

Ryan and Emily are absolutely amazing to work with and the service they provided to us was outstanding. We will not take our Mini to anyone else for service. By far the most honest and affordable shop you will ever find. Thank you for everything.

I had my Z4 serviced in anticipation of summer driving fun, and I could not be more pleased with the service and pricing. In my opinion, it is the only place to get your BMW serviced. Great, fast, and trustworthy service performed by a BMW certified mechanic, at a fraction of what a dealership charges. A real gem for BMW owners.

I Highly recommend Bavarian Auto Werke. I have a 2014 435xi BMW that Bavarian Auto have serviced for years after my warranty expired. Excellent customer service and trustworthy!!

Customer service is horrible. Owner knows, but does not care. Over priced service and a misdiagnoses.
Don't tell them that you don't want them to do the work, they will make you pack up you're parts and push you out the door. Never again, total waste of time and money!

Let me start by saying I was a Little skeptical off the beaten path in the corner of a business complex. But Wow took my 7 series there with transmission issue Mechatronics to be exact called a couple of other places to get repair quotes you would have thought I told them my car had small pox as fast as they got off the phone with me lol called spoke with Emily very friendly and very transparent with everything did the work and warranty it ,my car is shifting so fast now like it did when I first purchase. I highly recommend Bavarian Auto Werke. Brought in my 2015 BMW X3 with a check engine light and they fixed everything! The truck is running like a champ now. Their great service and follow up is impeccable. This will definitely be my go to place from now on!Service: Engine repair
