I always do store pick up at this location as usual when I don’t see a worker at the pickup spot the first person I see I let them know I have a pick up and they usually call someone to go to pick up or they tell me to go up by the register and they didn’t I waited a few minutes no one came so the next person I saw I asked them if they can help me. She seemed very annoyed that I asked her to help me but she still did anyway…. Usually they ask me for last four digits for order number she didn’t. She asked for my ID and I have never had to do that before and if u look at my pick up history between orland and tinley I’ve made a lot of pick up purchases so that threw me off a bit but I still give her my ID whatever to make the process faster she could only find 2 of my orders and I kept repeating to her they usually find my orders by my order number and she’s like I’m looking through the list but why would u make it very inconvenient for me and not just take the order numbers so after several minutes of her not finding it she finally asked for the 3rd order number and found it. It was very inconvenient for me and I felt like she was purposely doing that because I asked her to help me. If I wanted to be in the store for a long period time I wouldn’t be doing pickup I like being in and out and it was just a bad vibe from beginning to end I wount be doing pick up at this location anymore.

If you are looking for a variety of scents to either wear or have for your home, this is the place! They have a huge variety of scents to choose from and carry a great selection of products. This is a great place for teacher gifts too!
