Barnes & Noble is one of the few bookstores still around. The store is spacious, always clean, and always organized, serving as a nice sanctuary for book nerds. It has a fantastic staff that is very nice and helpful. The selection includes interesting books for young adult, pride, feminism, science, and health, a phenomenal child's selection, a rich selection of journals and gifts, and a large number of vinyl records. Some note the manga section could be better stocked and wish for more philosophy books. Prices are sometimes inflated but there are decent deals. Overall, it is a fine store and not a bad place to spend an hour or so chilling.
