I paid a visit to AT&T in Orland Park. I had an issue with my phone. My AT&T Rep named Tiffany who is excellent in helping me with my phone. Tiffany took great care for what I needed. Highly recommended! Ask for Tiffany!

There were two issues I had when I went to the AT&T store, in Orland Park. Both were taken care of in a matter of minutes. I would recommend her and lady if you have any type of problems, take them to the Orland Park store on La Grange Rd.

Danielle, from corporate in Orland on Lagrange was an amazing. She helped me understand how an authorized dealer on 159th and Harlem basically lied to me and wife and tricked us in a plan and phones. Don’t ever go to a store that is not corporate. Danielle explained exactly what happened after hours and hours and hours of calling 611 and going back and fourth with the store on 159th and Harlem. She deserves so much recognization for her patience with me when I didn’t even get my phones and plans at her location. Very grateful. Thank you.

Second time having to come to this ATT store for help and they were wonderful. Tiffany was great in assisting my phone set up and trying to tackle the problem. Highly recommend this store!

Tiffany and Danielle were awesome!! They helped me when the customer care wouldn’t help me. They deserve a raise, at least $2/hr, but I think it should be $5!!!

I originally gave a five star review. Be careful when you get a new phone they will add unrequested “upgrades” and your bill will be higher. Check for insurance and another charge to “upgrade” early. You are better off buying at Apple.
