I had put an online order in around 1:30 for a new cellphone and the confirmation said it'd be ready within two hours and that I'd get an email when ready for pickup. I waited a few hours and hadn't gotten the email about ready to pickup so I figured I'd head up as they'd be closing under two hours from then and all they had to do was hand me one box for the item. I got there at 5 (one hour before closing) and the door was already locked. I saw some customers inside so I waited in my car for a bit and about ten minutes later two different set of customers left. Before I could get out of my car and to the door, they already locked the door again. I ended up calling the store 5 times over the next half hour. They refused to answer the phone OR come to the front door. At about 5:40 finally someone came by the door and just shook her head no at me. I stated I was just trying to pick up an order from hours ago. She was looking down and refused to acknowledge me and walked away. I sat in my car and counted 7 employees leaving. If I had gotten an email or call and they stated they were swamped and the order wouldn't have been ready till the next day, I'd been fine with that. But to completely ignore me for over an hour and waste my afternoon blows my mind. I'll be switching my carrier over this.

Why the hell does this store have a manager who knows nothing about at&t, I felt like I was talking to someone who started yesterday with no training. Marco, i believe he said his name was. I’m glad their sales rep, Kathy, was there to help us with everything, After the first employee couldn’t answer our questions let alone the manager, so sad do better at&t. I’d ask for Kathy if I ever have to return to this location

Brittany the store representative was very helpful at the AT&T store in Orland Park.! She got us a good deal on the monthly service and gave a good trade in on my old phone! I bought an iPhone 12. Brittany did an excellent job of transferring all my contacts and apps! She was very pleasant and made it a great experience!

Alec and Brenden were absolutely AMAZING. It was Alec's 1st day on his own and he had fantastic customer service. He was extremely polite and professional. Brenden was there eager to help Alec when alec had questions. They took their time to explain things to me and made sure I had the best deal. They were the dynamic duo!! I have to throw a shout out to Zach for placing my screen protector on PERFECTLY. The team who were there on October 14, were amazing

I went in to upgrade my phone yesterday. The guy I was working with stated the wireless plan included AT&T TV. I told him 3 times that I didn't need AT&T TV because my roommate paid for our internet and streaming services at home. He made it sound like it was included in the package at no extra cost. That even if I don't use it, hey it's there! Well thank goodness I checked my account today because it just sounded too good to be true. And sure enough, May 20th I was going to be charged $69.99 for AT&T TV. I can't believe this guy had the balls to add a completely new service onto my account under the guise of it being "included" in my wireless plan, especially after I told him three times I didn't need it! Yeah, it's included for a 2 week trial period, then you're gonna get charged $69.99 a month. So shady and unethical. BEWARE.

The Mexican female manager and the Black male with the terrible haircut both racially profiled my cousin for over an hour because they did not believe she was who she was. The entire staff is terrible. I’d not suggest any Black person visit this location if they do not wish to be harassed and irritated for 90 minutes because the managers think people have time to make up false identities for a discount. Not worth the time or energy to be racially profiled especially during these times. This experience is why T-Mobile may be getting a new customer because I refuse to pay anyone to treat me or my family like we are thieves.

Everyone was very helpful and friendly in the store! I had so many problems with my account and my phone and Jose helped me tremendously!! It took awhile to get everything fixed but he was determined to help me which I greatly appreciate! I’m so glad I went in. If you need anything make sure to ask for Jose!!
