Let me start saying some good things. Hands down the best spot for Italian products in the Orland area. Nowhere else carries Guanciale, good imported cheeses, and a nice deli section. However I continue to have problems with things spoiling before their expiration date. Specifically with the things Caputo's makes or prepares in the stores. We live an hour away, so it's difficult for us to return an item, but even after showing the staff, they said nothing can be done without coming back to the store. It's frustrating that every time I shop at Caputo's, it's like playing russian roulette with which item will spoil before it's date. The pictures are moldy Caputo's ricotta and moldy smoked fish.

Rude managers. One of the worst grocery stores to go to, half of the things are expired and they have one of the rudest managers. Save your money and shop somewhere else.

We recently did a CATERING with Chef Jose and the food was delicious! All guests were asking about who we ordered with. We ordered fried chicken, greek chicken, and adobo chicken which were all soo tasty! Also ordered supreme pasta which was rich and creamy! Potatos also for a side.. Will cater with them again. Truly AFFORDABLE as well. Definitely unbeatble prices. Customer service was very caring and attentive.

Love Caputo's! Many choices of different kinds of foods and hard to find items. Good deli dept. Many different cheeses ? and the best produce. Prices are pretty reasonable ?. I recommend for specialty Italian foods. They also have a little cafe-type area and nice bakery.

Please don't listen to them when they say all they need is 48 hours notice for a basic cake. They need a whole week. My request was simple and yet they couldn't do it.
