Attempted to pick up an online order from this location 20 min past the time they were supposed to open (11am). No one is here to open the store. Hours posted say they should be open at 11.

Horrible customer service,Also a short lady ñ kept trying to flirt with my boyfriend even when I was asking for assistance, I think it’s super unprofessional! I was asking for assistance and no one helped.

Came in here this past Sunday evening just about half an hour before close and Jay provided excellent customer service :) she didnt make me feel rushed while giving me recommendations on the cute bags and purses this store carried

Bought a pair of nice looking boots and then drove home (which was almost an hour away) and then opened the box and didn’t even have the same boot one of them was the boot I wanted and the other was another that wasn’t even the same color or type and we had to drive all the way back and tried to get the right one and they didn’t even have my size

Don’t bother calling the telephone number on this website. All you will get is a pre-recordered message thanking you for calling but no ability to leave a message. Tried calling several times!!!
