Semaj went above and beyond for me. Found a purse online that they said was in stock. I asked several people and nobody could find the purse. She found it after a few minutes. She’s amazing! She moves like a boss and definitely deserves a promotion

I was in the outlet in Orland and this older sales woman took my coat I asked her to hold for me and she gave it away so when I came back to get the coat there was another lady buying my coat and I asked her what happened to my coat and she pretendef as if she didn't have a clue so unprofessional

Horrible experience and horrible customer service wait times and not professional at all!! Ignoring customers because they want a refund is wild!! I been going back and forth with them over some boots I ordered back in November 2023 I never received any confirmation from store that my items were shipped to store so then they couldn’t find boots and then when they did find them they were shipped to the store but never returned back to my original method of payment after item was never picked up!! They were never in my possession but still they kept the boots and money instead of just doing a simple return!! I have spent hundreds of dollars at this store but I wont be spending another dime Im so pissed off with the treatment I have received

I just have to give credit where it is due! Keisha went over and beyond the call of duty to make my day great. I’ve been sick in bed for a week , sent my daughter for a pair of boots but when she got home i saw they were damaged. This was the last pair in my size. The next morning i called and got keisha, who call every store to find me that boot. She was so patient and helpful. She found the boot and had them to hold it . What a wonderful,kind, thoughtful, caring thing she did for me. Thank you

I had an alright experience except for the promotion that they showed in front of the stores. At the store window it says buy one get one free for all shoes. I needed to get some shoes so I went inside to buy the two that I like. Once I got to the cash registers, I asked about the promotion for the shoes. The girl then told me that their promotion is actually buy two shoes, get one free. I don't like it when stores misleading customers. If your promo doesn't match with the signs that are put up then don't put them up at all.

I love this store, both the regular one and the outlet. Everyone is super helpful and friendly. Was in here looking for something super cute, funky and different for an upcoming photoshoot and they did not disappoint.

I normally shop at the akira downtown, however wanted to give thus ine a try as I was going to a concert. Went to the mall and th3y were the only store closed became they were remodeling during normal business hours. A total waste of my time because I called up there to confirm they were open. Drove 45mins through traffic.

Only getting 1 star because you have to give it something. This store actually sucks. The clothes are crazy expensive and break after like two uses. They even sell broken clothes!! After realizing I would never be able to afford clothes from there. I debated buying a clear bag for a concert. It was expensive so I decided to ask what the return policy was and they told me I had seven days to return it. Then when I went to return it because I found a purse much cheaper they told me that all accessories are final sale. Maybe next time YOUR employees know that before selling to customers. Very disappointing and won't be returning ever.

They have a lot of sale items. I bought these bomber looking jackets with sheep fur on them.. and they were on sale for only 30$ I was excited and pleased ?
