It is unfortunate that AMG has fantastic doctors; really second to none. I have been to U of C, Northwestern and love the care I have received from my providers.However, AMG/Advocate-Aurora a nonprofit has turned this into a business. Survey after a phone call, survey after a visit, survey just because, and the infamous white thank-you cards that get sent to you after a procedure.All the time, money, branding can be ruined when you can’t get regular customer service, which ironically is what they are striving for1) 4-6 months for an appointment2) Can’t call the office directly; the call center may send the right message and the office if they get it may return your call3) The problem I had 3-5-2024. My appointment was for 620pm. A system was down at work and got to my appointment at 642pm. The receptionist sitting on the West side of the building was a female black with blonde and black braids who was not wearing an ID and refused to give me her name when asked said I was late and needed to reschedule. I asked her to call in back as they are usually around after the appointments. She said she would not do that and I needed to reschedule. I asked for a supervisor, she told me I needed to reschedule my appointment. I sat in the waiting room as I had not way to contact the office. Finally, I did leave a message on the portal.They spend a lot of money on a campaigns for customer service and am seriously looking to leave advocate because of the items listed above. “Would you recommend us to family and friend?” REALLY? Please me a survey after reading this if you really want to fix it.I have been in law enforcement administration and HR for 40 years, I know how to treat people and what is expected. The receptionist should not be dealing with people. Also, the customer is not always right, but you deserve to be treated as a human being and as a professional person.I am not afraid to leave my name unlike the person last night, I have nothing to hide!Ronald Lullo

Dr.Shah is by far the Best Doctor who is compassionate and has The Best Bedside Manner! I feel so Greatful that I have him for my Health Needs.He certainly deserves an Award for the Best Doctor in the State of Illinois!!

Today was the worst day of my life I myself and my 10 children been patient of advocate medical center for years I never had a problem with the clinic none of the clients. Today my children had appointments to see a doctor we never seen before Dr. Kevin carey this man is a true example of being sneaky and also a walking law suit. My children went in for physical and came out feeling insulted violated humiliated and hurt pictures were tooking of there body parts also there birth marks I have 10 children my children play climb trees climbing at park and he see a couple marks and decided too call DCFS on some children that are very loved spoiled very well tooking care of. This is the worst doctor I ever came encounter with in all my life. He lied about the reason he took pictures of my children he questioned my 12 year daughter about if she's being abused and she told him no multiple had me step out the room as I'm thinking he's asking about her being a pre teen and started her period health stuff not in a million years I thought he was asking my child if she's being abused. Me or my children never gave him any indication that they were being abused or that they were unhappy and that they had a bad living situation I believe he did all this because I'm a black mother of 10 children with a lot on my plate he decided too make my life hell by pulling what he pulled today. If that clinic don't get rid of he's going to be on the news one day getting sued because of his behavior it was the most degrading disgusting doctors appointment I've ever seen. For now on I will be video any visit with myself or my children as long as I live.

My husband has been seeing Tiffany Watt for 20 years she and her nurse Talia are absolutely amazing. They have taken charge when he was first diagnosed with cancer and have guided him in the right path for treatment and now he's cancer free. Their like family now and we're grateful for them.

Dr. William Imlach and his team are awesome. I have been a patient of his for some time now, and I have never been dissatisfied with the customer service that I receive each time I go to the Orland Park AMG location, thank you Dr. Imlach and your Medical Assistant Michelle Cione for being friendly, gracious, knowledgeable, and passionate, you guys' rock!

Amazing doctors who love their job and love helping others. Sad to see bad reviews on this place. It’s a clean location and from checking in, Doctors, nurses and assistants they all treated me well. I have been going here for over a year now and I never once had a bad encounter with anyone at this location.Thank you all for all you do and your hard work never goes unnoticed.
