Went for a CT Scan on 10/5/23, they were very professional. HOWEVER, Its now10/12/23 and I still dont have results!!!! Not happy as Ive been sitting on eggshells and biting my nails. It torture waiting. The CT Technical was super nice and told me upfront not to expect results before 5 days. But, c"mon already its going to be 8 days in a few hours!!!!

Christine was just excellent. She was genuinely caring and anticipated my needs and comfort .I’ve had.bad experiences with technicians at different places, but she was a breath of fresh air. I will continue my experience in this setting.

I have been going to High Tech Palos for years. The technicians are always kind and get the x-rays done in a timely manner.

I went there in September 2022 for bloodwork lab services and all went well as they promptly performed the draw and my results were sent 48 hours later. However, when I used them again in late December they seemed to have LOST my blood specimen as no results were received by me or my doctor. All calls and emails to the Lab have not been returned to me or my doctor's office. I wasted my time fasting and going there and I will never use them again for bloodwork. I mean, really you can't at least admit someone in the Lab screwed up?

I have been going to High Tech in Palos for years. The experiences have always been great; from the customer service to the technicians who perform your said test/procedures. Everyone is nice, courteous and professional.

I’m appalled by the patient care I received. This is a bad reflection of advocate. I will not be returning to this location for diagnostic testing. I arrived at 9am. Called to the back at 9:45am. There were 30 minute intervals in between tests. I left at 12:55 and was also told “I have a lot going on” from the ultrasound tech, Sally, which is not how you communicate with your patients & leave them worried with no explanation! The radiologist should have communicated something to me at the end of the test like the hospital does.

Honestly don't know what's going on here. The last couple of times it has not been good. Always been a convenient location, but will not be using this facility in the future. Administration needs to take a look and see what's going on, overhaul needs to be made. Nurses and techs seem to be doing fine, support staff is lacking.

Waiting over an hour to find out they put two people same first name and confused us. . So over an hour waiting and they are sorry but nothing being done I cut my therapy in half before I came just to be on timeJust to sit all this time . They guaranteed me I was first appointment well that was wrong . Now I have to stay late at work because of them . Very unhappy !

They give you the wrong appointment time on the phone( they tell you 20 minutes earlier) Then you WAIT for an additional 20 minutes (at a minimum)after the real scheduled time. SO WHAT IS THE POINT OF AN APPOINTMENT???! There is no designated place to sign in. The place needs to be painted and freshened up.

They close at 6 p.m. I started calling to see if they received the change order from my primary physician at 5:30 p.m. I am scheduled for a CT Scan at 8 a.m. tomorrow. I just want to be sure they got the change order as my primary physician is not cooperating with me either. Anyways, I got disconnected 3 times after waiting on hold for 10 minutes each time. Twice someone picked up the phone and said "Please hold" and then you get disconnected. Poor scheduling and mass confusion. However, I bet I will receive the bill and they will expect payment within days. That is if I even decide to show up at 8 a.m. tomorrow to have the CT Scan, since I don't know if it will be a waste of my time.
