Renter beware, this company straight up lied to me about the delivery of my scooter, which had not been delivered to my hotel first thing in the morning... Scooter arrived in the afternoon uncharged and unusable for the first day!

Medicare gave me the name and number of A to Z Medical Supplies. It was after hours and the man went over and above to make sure that I was going to get the nebulizer. THANK YOU!needed. He went over and above to make sure that I was taken care of above

I am thoroughly impressed with the exceptional service at this place. Alex demonstrated remarkable dedication to ensuring that my mother received a wheelchair and shower seat in a timely manner, even going above and beyond to accommodate our unique circumstances. He even extended the generous offer of delivering and setting up the items in my home. Their home care services are top-notch, and we intend to make use of them in the future. I highly recommend giving them a call; you won't regret it.

I love this place. Mr. Khan went out of his way to make sure my mom received a wheelchair and shower seat. He was very accommodating to our situation. He even offered to bring the items to my home and set everything up. They offer home care services which we plan to take advantage of. I look forward to doing more business with them in the future. Give them a call. You won’t be disappointed.

My mom passed away May 1. I called A2Z May 3 for a pick up of her bed. They said by Friday. I called Friday and they said the next week. We are in week 3. I had to call THREE times TODAY just to get them to tell me they will come sometime early this week but cannot tell me more than that. My mom passed away IN THAT BED and I need to get it out of my house!! This is the worst customer service I have ever had, esp in these circumstances. (when the delivery driver brought the bed, he didnt where a mask - which this was November 2020... you know you are bringing a HOSPITAL bed... good chance it could be a high risk person!)

Terrible experience. My mom passed away on Saturday... I called Monday for a pick up of the bed. They said they would call... Called back Wednesday & they said by Friday. It is Friday, I called & they said I only called on Monday and the week was full and it will be next week. Hospice removed everything the very next day (a Sunday at that)! I need the bed gone! (I had also left voice mails throughout the week as well)

They no longer deal with Medicare. If you have Medicare do not come here for your medical supplies. My family always went here. I'm beginning to wonder if it's new management.
