I stumbled on this store and was so amazed!!! The outfits are too cute, literally! The Manager was too sweet! I pray she has an easy delivery! She was so helpful and knowledgeable!! I’m coming back!!!

My daughter bought her homecoming dress here and she loved it. They were very nice and her dress was gorgeous!

I wish I could give 0 stars. I went and attempted to try on a white dress and white jeans and was told that I unable to try on white merchandise. Just Ridiculous!!!

The manager is horrible & unprofessional! I read the reviews before going, it was all terrible but I still went in to see for myself and TRUST THE REVIEWS.

If I could.give this store zero stars...I WOULD!! My daughter and I visited this store today and received awful customer service. The employee stayed on her phone the entire visit. My daughter said excuse me twice before yelling excuse me over the loud music and her chatting on the phone. She finally asked if she needed help. Then, she proceeds to take the sensors off of the clothing and piled them up to actually ring them which was a total waste of time. She finally pushes all of the BUNDLED clothes into a shopping bag as if they were being discarded. She was still on her phone chatting with her friend to go pick up her babies. She sits the phone on the counter on speaker as she's ringing up the items. I asked her if she was going to fold the clothes. She said "we don't fold clothes'. This was the most ignorant thing I've ever heard. Even kids know to fold clothes in order to make room in a bag. She calls for her associate to continue with the transaction because she wanted to go home after I pulled the clothes out & proceeded to FOLD them!! I let them ring up all of the items totalling $450 and told them never mind!!! We weren't going to spend a penny in that store only to be disrespected. DON'T SHOP AT THIS STORE. I have no clue how they're even in Orland mall. They should be removed!!!

My daughter wanted to visit this store against my better judgment. The manager was rude and VERY disrespectful. My daughter wanted to try on a dress. She went into the dressing room and as I stood waiting for her a sales girl came over and said the dressing room was closed due to COVID-19. There was no sign and the dressing room area was not blocked off so we were unaware that the dressing room was not in service. The sales girl was very polite and said my daughter can continue with the try on since she was already in the room. The manager then came over later on and said very rudely that the dressing room was closed. I told her that initially I was not aware because it wasn't block off nor was there a sign. She kept talking crazy and I asked her how was I supposed to know the rooms were blocked off. I told her that the other sales girl told me that my daughter could continue to try on because I didn't know. The manager kept going on. I told her she was disrespectful and she needed to check her behavior with me. She then proceeded to tell me to leave "her" store. I have NEVER been in a situation like this before. The Manager needs serious customer service training. There is no way she should a be a manager of anything.

Garbage clothing at a boutique price along with a no return policy with no exceptions tells me this store is the biggest scam going. My daughter made the mistake of buying something at the Orland Park store and the manager was very rude and refused to take back a top she bought the day before that had beads on it that separated. She wouldn’t even exchange it. DO NOT SHOP HERE. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
