Rick, Laurie and the installations team do a superb job. Over the years, I have purchased 4 stairlifts from these guys for my mother's house. Each time they have exceeded my expectations. They are great to work with and always willing to help find a practical solution.Recently, I needed emergency service on my outdoor stairlift. Rick and his team did an excellent job addressing the issue and getting things back up and running in short order. As always, very helpful and very dependable.

Everyone at 101 Mobility in Orland Park was amazing throughout the whole process of getting my Mom a stair lift so that she could continue to sleep in her bedroom, upstairs. Rick, Lori and the young man that did the installation couldn’t have more helpful! Rick came out to do the original consultation with my Mom and I. He explained everything to us and answered all of our questions. During our conversation, we mentioned my Dad who is no longer with us. He passed in 2008. I mentioned how one of the first things I noticed, when doing some research on the Bruno chair stair lifts, was that they are a “Veteran founded” company. Supporting our Veterans is very important to mom, myself and our family. Once we had a good idea of which lift would work best for mom, Rick said he was going to “revise” his original quote and offer Mom a Veteran discount. That really means a lot to us! A few days later, we went to the showroom to meet with Lori to finalize everything and to see the chair lifts in person. I’m glad we did, because we ended up doing the manual rail, so that we could lift it up and out of the way of our front foyer. Lori is so sweet and just like Rick, took the time to answer any other questions we had. She’s so down to earth, easy to talk to and I can easily see why she is so great with their customers! She, like Rick, offered us a discount on the chair itself, as we decided it was best not to do the manual turning one, but the electric instead. Once everything was finalized, Lori said she had to order the rail we needed and would call us as soon as it arrived. It arrived the following week and we scheduled the install for the following Monday. The young man that did the installation was punctual, very polite, friendly and also answered our questions when it came time for mom to do her “test drive”. Thank you to you all for giving mom the ability to stay in her bedroom, upstairs! You all are amazing! We will definitely recommend you to anyone that may need your products. Amazing contractor. Made a telephone call, sent a quote, 2 days later, surveyed the site, did the work next day. Previous quote was within 30 days.In their project, they did the work of three trades, originally planned for construction: chair installation, electrician, and handicapped upgrades to bathroom.PLUS reduced our costs from competitive bids by $2,300.

101 Mobility is an absolute joy to work with. In this day and age, you don't find many companies like this in today's society, but they truly do care about the people they work for and only want to do what is best for them. They also answer all your questions and make sure that you are comfortable using your new chair lift before they leave. Laurie in the office is awesome and Rick in the field is just amazing. I highly recommend them.

Just wanted to update my review to say that Rick (owner) kept to his word and worked it out for us. I appreciate him coming by and handling things himself. The lift is working without any noises or hesitations.

We needed a stairlift to our basement and called 101 Mobility after checking reviews on yelp. They were great from start to finish and we are so happy that now we can stay in our home. Brenda the salesperson was very helpful and precise in measuring and the installers were very personal professional and clean. Great job!

It took this company 3 tries to get all the right material for the job they were doing for my handicapped son. They left me with a leaking toilet which destroyed my drywall and a giant gap between the floor and the tub.EDIT: They claim the toilet was leaking prior to the job, but we have pictures of before and after and it was not leaking before work began. If the leak was there prior to the install, how was I able to paint the walls with fresh paint? The wall would have already been wet and the paint would not have took. It only started leaking after they installed the shut-off valve, which they did for their own convenience because they needed to remove the toilet every day they worked on the job and didn't want to shut off the water to the whole houseWe thought it was a good idea too, and very nice of the company, until they installed it improperly which caused a leak that disintegrated our drywall.Also, if according to their response, they "could not supply us with the necessary items needed," why did they install the wrong tub? The first tub they brought was completely incorrect, and the second tub they brought was not the tub they quoted us, but installed it anyway. It wasn't that the job took longer, it's that they tried and did install the wrong tub.Also, they claim the job was finished, and there's a giant gap between the tub and the floor.I've also attached photos of the quality of their caulking job around the tub, as well as the glue around the surround. I called their subcontractor about the leak and about the caulk cracking, and they said they would stop by and fix it but never showed up.

The absolute BEST customer service of any business anywhere. They exceed our expectations with all of our needs with having 2 stair lifts in my parents' home. I highly recommend 101 Mobility!
