I have issues with the customer service at this bank. Anytime I have an issue the bankers always do their best to help me. My complaint is that they never, and I mean never answer the phone. This is a bank in which people trust them with their money. If I need to call the bank to inquire about something it shouldn't be a hassle to answer the phone and help a person who banks with you. Sometimes I feel like they're more concerned with signing up new clients and put the existing clients as a last priority. I really don't like having to leave this complaint but it literally happens every time I call. When I go to the bank there's at least 2 to 3, sometimes 4 bankers there and with that many people on staff there's no excuse for not answering the phone. Once again they are great when Iit comes to customer service besides all their extra fees they like to charge but any business bank or not should answer their phone during business hours. I'd think that you would all agree with me on this issue.
