Several of my items were not delivered. The ice cream arrived completely melted. The frozen onion rings were soggy. The Driver did not ring the doorbell, nor did the person call the number to inform the family that the delivery was made.

Terrible store. Staff on cell phones ,putting their phones on the shelves talking or on fac r book. Cmon cell phone are attached to their hips. Dirty ,the bathrooms don't mention that. Staff is gouped isles chatting. The cashiers need to know say Hello and Thank you..... and handicapped wheelchairs are alway broke or not charged.Cmon walmart you can do better with the store this is Oland hills walmart

My partner got their sweatshirt and sweatpants ruined because there was red paint spilled on a shelf and there was no sign or anything and we didn't see it and they bumped into it. The sweatshirt and sweatpants were not cheap either. And no to mention a worker ran into me and then had the audacity to say I ran into her and didn't apologize; when I told her she was being rude all she said was "thanks". This Walmart is turning just as bad as Bridgeview Walmart. My partner wants to be reimbursed for the damage to their clothes and I'd like kinder staff

Joanne from the FORCED SELF CHECK OUT NEEDS TO BE FIRED. Rude is an understatement. I was letting her know that the gun does not scan and I had big items. I usually do not participate ringing myself up as if I have a w-2 ... but since lines were long I did. Joanne after I waived her down asked me what was my problem ??? After I told her I had no problem but their machine was down.... she told me with attitude then u can't use it and walked away. This is not acceptable !!! Will be calling corporate on you Joanne. You are a poor representation of walmart. YOU SUCK

Obviously they do not have a "night crew" here that restocks while the store is closed. These employees were not to the left of the aisle, we're not to the right of the aisle but every time I turned a corner they were right smack dab in the middle. Of course they weren't going to move for a customer!! Had to retrace my steps to go around the aisle to come back on the other said of these hard working(ha)employees. I like shopping early to avoid other customers...now how do I avoid employees! Never again at this store!!

Initially, my visit started well. I made sure I got the things I needed because of my tight budget. I was so grateful to find some Bermuda jeaned shorts for a dollar! Super happy until I checked out. The cashier was telling me that wasn't the correct price. It was very insulting for her to ASSume I changed the price. She was trying to peel the $1 tag off. Then she left me at the register and walked to the responsible department for a price check. A manager walked up looking for her I explained she walked back to confirm the price of the shorts marked for $1. She sort of paused and rolled her eyes. Here is the problem with this cashier ASSUMPTIONS! She was POLICING me and the items Walmart marked down and NOT ME! She didn't apologize for her ASSUMPTIONS. I asked if she was satisfied--I called her out. I didn't appreciate nor did I deserve that treatment. It was enraging when she felt justified to leave her register and walk all the way to the back to see if I was lying. Do better Walmart. I am exhausted!

One of the lower level managers treated my daughter and I very rudely. We had an issue with a cash back activity. When we got home I called corporate. They had a high level manager call me. Wonderful outcome. That's why the five star rating.

You know you’re trying to go shopping and buy stuff and since they like to change their stores around and not have, I don’t know Maps or whatever you don’t know what’s there and then you ask someone and in the most rudest way, they yell at you and tell you it’s in the next aisle, OK. I tried to inform an employee to get a manager. She doesn’t have a walkie-talkie, nor really wants to talk to me about it anyways so fine no that’s the first time shame on me right second time they not only mumble but walk away and say they just stack the front they don’t stock the back And just mumbling walk away and then her her girlfriend that she was working with talking with hanging out with probably not doing her job was laughing So The moral of the story is if you want to go to Walmart and deal with people that want to get paid to do nothing that’s your place every Walmart is the same but if you want to get treated by decent people somewhere else jewel Aldi Kmart for God sakes target don’t matter so conclusion Walmart sucks the management sucks the employee suck and how they handle anything is just atrocious thank you. Bye-bye and I will come again.

Only self checkout, what happens if you have a cart full? Have to bag as you go, then you have to show your receipt on the way out, she counts your items to make sure you did it right. Don't trust me to do it right, have your staff checkout my stuff. Will not go back. What happened to customer service?

I am a Walmart plus member since April 2023. It has been six months. And on the Walmart app, it clearly states Free shipping, no order minimum Save $6.99 on orders under $35. This has been good on groceries and online shopping. Now all of a sudden I am being charged $6.99 fee for not buying $35 more in groceries. When I called Walmart Corp. they stated it must've been a glitch. I asked for a refund on my Walmart plus membership. They stated they cannot refund me the money I paid for my Walmart member plus plan. And I will have to start being charged the $6.99 fee from now on groceries below the $35 amount.

Never will I ever go back to this location or possibly any Walmart in the future after this in counter with with customer service. I bought a item in sealed box get home open the box and guess what wasn't the item I paid for. Manager at customer service refused to refund me my money or exchange the item for the proper item.

Worst Walmart I've ever been to employees standing around at checkout not helping customers. Shelves messy/empty, bathrooms completely trashed. And lines are super long while employees just stand there on their phones. Stay away from this location if you want to do some QUICK shopping.

If only I could give zero stars.. two employees were talking about me as I walked past like I couldn't hear them. I'm sorry you can't do your job correctly my attitude reflects your poor customer service skills. No communication whatsoever when you were in front of me but once my back was turned you had so much to say. Nice ?

There are days when items in produce look great but it needs improvement.The store remodel isnt an improvement.The only friendly staff is the checkers and now those are few due to self checkout and If I have to check and bag where is my employee discount?I have really limited my shoppingthere its not clean and the standards of the past run walmarts have deteriorated.

This Walmart needs to do better with the Disney Cars Stock and people keep stealing the Cars sometimes.
