Initially, my visit started well. I made sure I got the things I needed because of my tight budget. I was so grateful to find some Bermuda jeaned shorts for a dollar! Super happy until I checked out. The cashier was telling me that wasn't the correct price. It was very insulting for her to ASSume I changed the price. She was trying to peel the $1 tag off. Then she left me at the register and walked to the responsible department for a price check. A manager walked up looking for her I explained she walked back to confirm the price of the shorts marked for $1. She sort of paused and rolled her eyes. Here is the problem with this cashier ASSUMPTIONS! She was POLICING me and the items Walmart marked down and NOT ME! She didn't apologize for her ASSUMPTIONS. I asked if she was satisfied--I called her out. I didn't appreciate nor did I deserve that treatment. It was enraging when she felt justified to leave her register and walk all the way to the back to see if I was lying. Do better Walmart. I am exhausted!

Only self checkout, what happens if you have a cart full? Have to bag as you go, then you have to show your receipt on the way out, she counts your items to make sure you did it right. Don't trust me to do it right, have your staff checkout my stuff. Will not go back. What happened to customer service?

I am a Walmart plus member since April 2023. It has been six months.And on the Walmart app, it clearly statesFree shipping, no order minimumSave $6.99 on orders under $35.This has been good on groceries and online shopping. Now all of a sudden I am being charged $6.99 fee for not buying $35 more in groceries. When I called Walmart Corp. they stated it must've been a glitch.I asked for a refund on my Walmart plus membership.They stated they cannot refund me the money I paid for my Walmart member plus plan. And I will have to start being charged the $6.99 fee from now on groceries below the $35 amount.

I went in Monday night to buy a Vizio tv. The worker Steven was nice enough to show me a Samsung that was last years model and it was bigger and much cheaper. I ended up buying it. I go home put my wall mount up go open the tv I notice a huge crack on the bottom right. I was upset but fine because I can always return it. I got today at 10:30Am they tell me the box and tv and receipt don't match. That there's nothing they can do and tell me to leave the manager on duty "Thomas" horrible attitude. Basically accusing me of swapping tv's. I told him I didn't even want this tv! He ended up calling the cops because I was upset about the situation! MORAL OF THE STORY DONT BUY ELECTRONICS FROM WALMART! HUGE SCAMMERS

Went to Walmart in Orland Hills this morning looking to purchase a new television. Found one that I liked so i decided to purchase it. There weren't any associates in electronics so i proceeded to the front registers. Of course the only registers open at the time were the self checkouts. I scanned the television, swiped my card and received an error message that said an associate would be over to assist shortly. A young lady walks over, didn't speak, just swiped her badge and walked away. So I re-scanned the television and received the same error...I asked her why was it doing that, she couldn't explain, she tried scanning the television and received the same error, said she didn't know and gave me a look like as if oh well it wasn't her problem. I asked should I go back to electronics...she said yes and they should be able to figure it out...WOW! I walk back to electronics, hit the button for assistance because of course there were no employees in sight. Several employees walked by, no one asked if I needed help...just proceeded to walk on by. After waiting 10 minutes for someone to show up, I left the television in the cart and went to Target, I got a better deal, better television and much much better service. I was disgusted with my experience at this store today.

Cashing out before the store closed had $200 worth of items. Sent my daughter back for a cam because I had a dented can. Cashier named Shirley was extremely rude telling me that I needed to hurry up the registers were going to shut off and that my daughter didn't need to go get another can. I tried explaining why and she didn't care and continued to be rude. I asked her why she was being rude and she was acting childish and was like you're being rude. I had an item that didn't ring in at what the display had and asked if there was anyone that can price check the item or if she could she stated no. That it is what it was ringing up for. There was no need for her horrible display of customer service. I will think twice before coming her due to her actions and even the manager on duty didn't know what to say. 0 stars if I could

This place is clean and big and I like it but when I walk past an employee and say hi how is your day sir and get no response they barely talk to costumers like they're robots not all of them to be fair. I only shop here because it's close to my home.

Yes doing there from lottery and depositing western union was great my popular belief would lead you to believe it wasn't. Coming back there is always fun.

If I could give a zero I would....the employees are rude. We bought an inexpensive tv and they treated us like criminals at the self checkout. Their customer service is garbage and nobody greets you. Step up your game, Walmart!

Customer service at this Walmart is terrible. One employee has been with the same customer doing a money service for 15 mins while two other employees are just chatting at the service counter.

I thought this Wal-Mart would be awesome. Judging on location. It's not. All the price tags are wring. They did not do a price adjustment so whatever price you see, does not match the item. I paid 70 more than what I would have at the other Wal-Mart because management doesn't know how to correctly update their prices. The sales rep didn't give 2 damns about me when I asked why the price was different and just said she doesn't know.

Eveytime we shop there the shelves are mostly empty and the store is never clean. The freezers are never stocked and the employees are if no help!
