Thurs., Aug 24, 2023 I went into the bank to make a withdrawal & received friendly and quick service. The clerk even informed me of other services that is available by way using the Co-Browse and referred someone to me for my interest in puurchasing a CD. This was not the 1st time I used the bank, I started back in 2016 and never had any problems with their services.

Never use them. Their cash station ripped me off my 80$ deposit while they get to collect interest off my money while I have none. I probably am done with for probably ever. Shake a leg. You know the money is mine. I got proof. They won't give it back. Why? The more they have in the bank coming in more interest coming in their bank. They screw the American people then lie and tell all of us not to run scared away from banking. You should run scared. Take everything out of the bank because I am so floored that this awful crap not even the least bit of a damn priority.

I can't figure out the bad reviews. It was busy, but the help I received was excellent, and the bankers knew what they were doing. I am so happy I went to this branch instead of the one I have gone to in the past.

ATM never working. It makes no sense to be a bank and ATM never works. Gas stations have better ATM than the actual bank.

If I could leave less than 1 star I would. I cannot believe they actually let these people handle money, I wouldn't trust them with my trash. Almost a 3 week hold on funds for a bank check deposit and couldn't do a wire transfer to save their lives. Susan, who's title is listed as the "Branch Manager" handled my wire transaction for a real estate closing and the funds didn't make it in time, although she assured me " the longest I've ever seen this take is 1.5 hours tops." As if looking like a fool at the real estate closing table wasn't enough, she then proceeded to lie to me about how it had just gone through, when it indeed had not. When I asked her for the Fed Reference number she said she "didn't know" and that perhaps I needed to "google it." Their incompetence and untruthfulness is exactly why I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Great home for your financial needs, friendly staff knowledgeable and eager to help. Making appointments was highly recommended to sit down but their app-online banking that they showed me gave me huge accessibility for convenience.

So the lobby is closed due to the China virus . Despite preferring to go inside the lobby to work with a teller, I now must use the drive thru for my banking. I understand that...right now many people are afraid of catching the Kung flu. So I pull around to the drive thru, and there is an extremely long line of cars waiting to be assisted. I pull to the back and wait my motherfuckin a** in line to transfer money from my frozen account to my unfrozen account. About 20 minutes later, I get to the front of the line to be told "sorry, we're closed." I explain that I was in line since before they closed and all I have to do is transfer money from my frozen account to my unfrozen account. To that, the teller replied that they couldn't do that, I would have to call the 1-800 number. I DO THIS EVERY WEEK AT THIS EXACT BRANCH!!! She wasn't hearing it, and proceeded to pull the shade down for the window at the drive thru. I hate to be "Karen" but this is some b**** a** s**** I've banked with US bank for 20 years and will look to take my business elsewhere.

I really wanted to come in and open an account and potentially apply for my first credit card. When the pandemic happened, I resigned to simply waiting for things to open again. I was sorely disappointed to find they don't enforce a mask policy. Just seeing some people go in I immidiately felt unsafe and like I wasn't valued. If they aren't even willing to protect their guests or their workers, how can I expect them to truely help and protect my money? Coming here and further reading reviews I just felt so disappointed... Hopefully they'll clean up their act, but I'm going to be taking my business elsewhere.

I have banked at this location, mergers/buy outs several times, and I am extremely pleased with the tellers and officers. I have never encountered long or tiresome wait times, the tellers are very friendly, and although they recognize me and call me by name, it is their job/duty to require ID. It seems to be very easy to call out others for racism, when in fact, they are doing what their job duties entail. My only complaint is that the ATM frequently runs out of money during the holidays or my pet peeve, is not available. Since I am not willing to drive several miles on La Grange Road to use a branch ATM, when I am charged for using a non-US Bank I have the charge reversed. Yes, that does call upon the customer to right a wrong, but I know a bank would never let anyone slide, so why should I?

The customer service here is ridiculous and quite annoying actually every time I go here I feel like people have an attitude and don't want to help I consider night just called in just to see if they had money available and had to wait for 10 minutes and then being on up on and then when I call back nobody answers the phone I guess apparently I just won't go to this location anymore Whoever's doing the hiring here including from management should really go back and hit the books and figure out what they're doing

I've been thanking at US Bank for over year now I have no problem with the bank itself however the customer service needs a lot to be desired it is very very very slow or seven ever had it they are very meticulous about filling out papers for loans which I believe is proper necessary in this day and age however I did go for a $20,000 property well home improvement loan and they use green to me severely almost as if I was purchasing a new home and I just cancel the loan

I come everyday to deposit in my business account and they see me everyday and still ask for Id ecem wjen I'm not with drawing money. But the other US BANKS DONT DO THAT. Only come here cause it close to my house otherwise I would prefer not to come here Once again is happens I believe the are racist against me since I'm Hispanic but I have a social and I'm Puerto Rican. Very unprofessional
