Sherwin Williams in Orland Hills is the best around! They make you feel like a friend more than a customer. Patience with people who may not know much about paint is their specialty. If you ever need professional advice on your next project you must see Molly! She's the greatest no doubt and she has a great supporting staff as well!

Hi All~I just had such a WONDERFUL experience on the phone with Molly. She was so very helpful. She even suggested that I use some of my existing paint for my touchups vs buying some more. She really took her time on the phone. I did not feel rushed in anyway; in a day and age of “auto attendants,” it was AWESOME to get such great service on the phone.I would highly recommend Sherwin-Williams in Orland Hills and I would do yourself a favor….ask for Molly.Blessings ?,Ed

Went in this store last week for the 1st time. I needed assistance on what primer and paint to use on my steel garage door.Molly greeted me with a friendly hello and asked how she could help me. I told her and she knew immediately what primer, paint, brushes and rollers that I needed for the project. She matched the paint to the color of my siding, which matched perfectly.She then told me to apply one coat of primer and two coats of paint. I followed her directions and my garage door turned out fantastic!I owe it all to Molly and Sherman Williams quality paint.Thanks,MartyP.S. I hope you realize what a wonderful and knowledgeable employee that you have with Molly.

I was looking for paint for my deck and a certain gray was what I wanted. An employee took me to the area and said they had no pamphlets with that color and they would provide no samples but I could take a picture and then he walked away to wait on another customer. Horrendous customer service.m I will never go in that store again even though it was the closest to me.Today I went to a different Sherwin-Williams paint store. The employees were friendly and helpful. They provided a pamphlet with a picture of the paint I wanted. He sold me a small container of the paint. What a Difference!!
