“I looked online to see the cheapest gas prices in the area. This gas station was nice and clean inside and out nice friendly cashier. They had a large variety of items in an inside a lot of lighting in the parking area. I did feel safe.”

He didnt have a single negative comment and kept a positive attitude while handling multiple tasks and customers at one time. “It's my favorite 7/11, the daytime clerk is very funny and friendly, this is really the only 7/11 that I go to on any type of regular basis and it's because of the goofy fun personnel. It's right across from Christ hospital and there are always Nurses, Paramedics and Cops there, so it's relatively safe to go to, even at weird hours of the night.”

“The pharmacist follows an especially diligent follow up process. She called me to check if I was able to get a prescription at another location or if I still needed one from her cvs store. She took that extra step that equals a 100% satisfactory rate. On my next visit she called me by name as remembered me. That's the personal touch that exceeds standards. Well done CVS. I am switching from Walgreens on Laporte and Wolf road because of this pharmacist!”

“The nicest staff! They always greet you and are always very helpful! The store is always cleaned and stocked very well! I also love the Thorntons reward program because there’s always a deal on gas and other items. Also, there are a few other Thorntons in the area that I really love bc the employees make me feel welcomed. They do a very good job! Thorntons must have a wonderful training program and they have exceptional customer service! This is my favorite location because the women that work there are outstanding, and should be recognized!”

They listen and answer all my questions completely and make me feel comfortable. I know they work beyond their hours.
