“The Representatives are very friendly, professional and recognizes me as a "valued customer". I rent from this location all the time if they have vehicles available. I'm a Preferred Customer, and I am recognized for that at this location. I'm in and out under 20 minutes. I had to rent a vehicle serval times this year due to my personal vehicle being in the repair shop for a few days. The manager is very courteous and the other Representatives are respectful, courteous, and professional. I've never felt discriminated against at this location, like I have at the location 1830 S. Wabash, Chicago, IL, very racist!!!! They should not be in business representing Avis. My husband and I are Preferred Plus customer, and we were treated like first time rental customer. I would advised African American not go to this Wabash location.”

I pre paid online for my rental, when I got to the place the guy told me I had to call a 1800 # and cancel my reservation and repay with credit card, I was pissed. I was upset with everything I had to go though but she and him were nice and dealt with me.”

“I just read through a lot of these reviews and am quite surprised by them. I drive rideshare and have only had the best experience with this location. Each month we have to visit a hertz location, and for the past 4 months this is my preferred location. The other locations I visited were always horrible. ALWAYS! In Mokena, my wait was shorter and the customer service is excellent, especially Mariella. They explain everything, they're very helpful if there is a problem, and they are very professional. Maybe the bad experiences that took place at this location was before Mariella arrived cuz she's freaking awesome and it seems as if she runs that office all by herself. I recently went to a different rental company because they were cheaper and allows you to work different platforms. However, I think I will be returning to Hertz in Mokena because this other place doesn't even come close to being as good.”
