“I like Fareway store for friendly service. The cashier treats you like a friend and jokes and the bagger takes your cart out, loads your groceries, then takes the cart back. Less dings in my car! “Friend and helpful people, and the store is spacious and clean stocked with a great varieties of food items. Many Indian grocery items, canned goods plus many from South-East Asia and some from European countries. I wish I could purchase more, even just to taste test many of the cookies and noodles. Yet I held back from over indulging my appetite. That should give me a reason to visit the store again for getting other tasty treats. Above all, being friendly to customers is an asset in running a successful business.I aslo noticed the tables of items on sale. When things have been on the shelves but not yet expired, their prices are lowered. Very good buys ?”

“It's Target. What you see is what you get. Checkout lines can be long at times. Definitely more than two people per line, but that is typical of most places "post Covid". Starbucks inside is solid. Inventory diversity is solid but quantities can be low. Produce is hit or miss.”

“We had Will from Hy-Vee in Moline (Avenue of the Cities) cater our wedding food. Will is very knowledgeable of the policies, options, and how to cater large events, yet he was still able to make us feel like we were his only customer. We did a food tasting and he was great with feedback and helped us come up with food options that worked for us. As we got closer to the wedding, it was easy to work on timing, planning, and payment with him. The food was great! The service was great! We even had guests complimenting on the food options and the staff that were catering that day. They were very personable and treated all guests as people, not just numbers. We would recommend reaching out to Will for catering from Hy-Vee for your catering needs!”

“This is for the truck drivers making deliveries here. Unloaded me in a timely manner. One dock, conveyor belt style. Meaning, no forklifts.Staff was extremely helpful considerate and friendly. Definitely would deliver here again if you’re out of hours just ask if you can stay. Will take you early. Will allow you to stay if out of hours. Appointment 9:30 pm arrived 7:45 am out by 10 am. This facility is easy to pass up so pay attention. Their driveway literally looks like it goes to someone’s house it’s narrow and you want to stay to the left it does Y off I had to swing into the opposite lane of traffic to make the turn.”
