If I could give 0 stars I would. My daughter hit a patch of gravel and went into the ditch. Damaging her front tire. Because her mom and my daughter were so shook up the sheriff placed the call for them to have the vehicle towed. Even though it was not an emergency situation he said because the sheriff made the call he can automatically charge $355 for a tow that was less than 5 miles from his shop. Tony acted like he was doing me a favor for reseating a tire for free. I’d rather of been charged the $20 for the tire fix that overcharging $275 for the tow. When I called him out on his scam he said the bill was already paid and what am I going to do about it? Do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs.

I just bought a used car and decided to bring it here to inspect it over. I got an appointment right away for the inspection. They told me they offer financing. I will definitely be doing that.

My Parents have been coming here for years and they referred me when I moved back to Dixon. I felt comfortable enough to come in on my own with out my husband. They offered to call my husband to explain to him what's going on which was nice. I'm ? happy

I thought this place deserved a review from me. Been here a few different times and wanted to see how their repair services were and customer care. I must say I'm pleased with it all. Everyone is friendly. Comfortable professional environment. I didn't feel pushed to get a service done

I just brought my Honda in for a quote. I didn't know they have FINANCING here! EVERYONE CHECK IT OUT IF YOU CAN'T AFFORD A REPAIR OR TIRES. I know I always can't afford it haha. A Very happy customer ?

What a unique place. I saw the reviews so I thought I would check it out. I bought a set of tires here and they gave me a lifetime of rotations and balances. They also gave me a diagnosis and they weren't pushy to fix it or up sale me. They gave me a quote and told me I can shop around and if I would like to go with them to just call and make a appointment. It really made me feel relaxed and comfortable. Recommend to friends and family

Magnificent service. I'm always looking for a place that goes the extra mile and this place goes 10 extra miles above and beyond. I recommend to family and friends. Had a bad experience at a local auto repair and needed to try out another. Wish I would of checked it out sooner. It was great to meet everyone. Young lady at front desk was just wonderful

I got quoted by another establishment in town and was quoted for a large amount for my Jeeps suspension so I got a second opinion at Illinois auto and the price difference was insane. The other establishment added things I didn't even need work on. To say the least I'm getting the work done at Illinois auto. Also helps that they have financing. Im very pleased with the $$$ I'm saving.

check this place out. My daughter just got stranded on a country road 30 min ago. Her car over heated maybe a water pump or radiator and I'm at work. They came quickly to tow her car. Im very happy she didn't have to wait like most towing companies make you do. I was worried cuz its getting dark. My first time needing a tow from them but I have been coming here since they opened many years ago for all my families vehicles. Reliable, honest & professional. Always been a happy customer since day 1. I should of made a review long ago.

Just left this place. So neat and unique for a auto shop. I liked the fact they had new up to date technology. Diagnostics was on point very informative
