Customer of 25 plus years to be accused of stealing when I got a gift card for xmas my father paid for and use it but they can’t figure out own system only to be called a thief and tell me not to come back. This store is trash and went down hill. Maybe fix your system and talk to a customer who pays for stuff and with professionalism I know that’s a big word. No apologies this store is garbage… corporate is notified and reported.

Why are we closing before 10:30pm. Been going in here since I was little and was never closed this early. Do you hire people that don't care about the job or what? Not everyone has ability to drive down to caseys or across the bridge. I literally live by jays and dont plan on walking six seven blocks for whatever I need. Where is the 24/7 on being open?

People aren't following the rules of store to wear a mask I'm high risk my son is high risk and no one is enforcing mask rules and I don't feel safe to go in there anymore if give a better review if customers were wearing masks and workers enforcing rules

I had gotten $15 in gas and $20 in cash back and they ended up charging my card 3 times for $35, for a total of $105 in charges that overdraft maybank account, after 4 phone calls between shell and my bank, I now have to print off a document, drive the shell, and then submit the document for corporate to look at while my bank account sits in overdraft status.I will NEVER come to this gas station again.

Jessica was very rude to me. I needed to switch pumps because the one I was at was a prepay and I came back and she said loudly in a sarcastic tone "OH YOUR STILL HERE?!?!?" Just because I needed to switch pumps. Very very poor service. I will make sure to tell my friends and family so they don't go through the same treatment. I have been a Shell customer for 15 years...

The managers are good but other than that, usually rude service not to mention how ridiculous it is to find a spot at this gas station. However vpower gas does make my vehicle run the smoothest and get the best mileage of other gas in town.
