I had to put my fur baby down yesterday. I love that they allowed me to be with him the whole time. They are the most compassionate people one could ask for during this difficult time. The entire staff was amazing.

The doctor and staff are very caring and you can tell! They helped check over a stray cat from work and treated her as their own. I am grateful for the care and great pricing of services and especially the thorough checkup to make sure MooMoo is healthy! Thank you again!! ?

The staff and service at Pines Meadow are top notch. Everyone genuinely cares about your animals, and it shows. The vet techs and especially Dr Ginger take the time to explain everything and address any concerns, actually listening to my questions and giving me clear answers. I've boarded here too, and that was a great experience as well.

I was taking my pet to another small town vet. He had a medical emergency and his normal vet would not get him in. I called Pines at the recommendation of someone. They got him right in, took care of him and explained in great detail what was happening. They got him better and even called a few days later to check on him. The price was very reasonable and the way they treated us was amazing.So much kindness we switched and my pet now goes there.
