Walk in door. No hello . 3 employees standing there ask if have something they say yeah over there. Pay for it I say “thank you” they say “yeah” maybe say welcome or have a good day not just talk to each other and ignore the CUSTOMER smh

Handicapped parking and building access. Picked up some crush washers. They seamed Abita thin, so we bought 4 for the passenger side calipers banjo bolt. We needed all 4 to stop the dripping.

Terrible service, too busy not working to pay attention to customers. Absolutely the longest wait in a parts store that had 3 customers in it. Will never use again.

My daughter stopped to buy oil on her way home to Nebraska. She asked the employee for assistance and they refused saying they don't work on cars. After a frantic video call with her a different employee, Paul, came to her assistance. He was kind and patient. Thank you Paul but shame on the other employee!
