Mistake was made on my taxes and after going to office day after day it was never resolved. He lives in Chicago so makes that drive out but not ever day.. After years of going there I will never go back. Not a way to treat clients

I dropped my taxes off in early March there. I got them back the 25th of July and end having to pay a late fee because they were filed late. I will never go back. I just can’t believe that it take 5 months to do taxes.
August 2023
I turned all my documents in early March. I finally got them back on July 25. 5 months to do my tax and I had to pay late fees because THEY were late. I'm never going back.
