“Although they would not approve me for a home loan, I have been banking here for years and have no fee, customer service or online problems. Fees are null if you keep your balance up. Online banking works for me without a glitch. Staff is friendly. I'd be great to have my home loan in the same place but Sterling Federal worked out great and they now have some of my accounts too.”
