You closed the drive thru because you needed staff at the counter. So why when a prescription was called in at 10am (pharmacy confirmed receipt) and it is still not ready 7 HOURS later.
So the next day I come in and there.are at least 5 people in front of me. I.know it is a small town but really?
Obviously our town is giving you our business, so why are we treated this way?

ignorant older short haired woman threatening/mouthing off on issues she is not educated on that did not involve her or the store. my expectation is she's been given some small level of authority and has come to the conclusion this gives her the right to insert herself into private matters.
outside of that it as the best 3 minutes I've ever spent at an

I have to say Allison and her crew were amazing today! 2/19/24 her and her team this day made it easily done for our trip and everything from calling another pharmacy to get my medicine, to the doctors office and in between, I hope the owner of snyders pharmacy see this, because they all need raises for putting up with all the garbage in the world and actually doing there job! Be patient and help them a bit, do you're part and they will be over greatful to help you! I see negative thought on Google reviews about this place, but I can't see it, Allison and her team of techs are amazingly beautiful when it come to doing what they do! Thank you again to the the techs and Allison!!!

Stopped taking my insurance so I had my meds transferred, they filed a claim with my insurance that I picked them up and refused to reverse it so other pharmacy could fill my medications. Other pharmacy had to work with insurance to get my medications filled. False insurance claim and impeding patient care. Will never go here again or anyone in my family, even if my insurance changes.

Not enough competition in town... it shows as prices are high and customer service lacking. Make sure you know what your insurance approves at this pharmacy, this pharmacy is not trained to help you, nor do they care of the customer. Do not recommend. Go to a town with multiple pharmacies or service provider to get the best deal.
