Rude customer service. I expect no more from a poorly educated individual with cheap nail polish. I recommend a raise to be able to afford a decent hair stylist, it would appeal to customer relations if the lady at the photo counter was the least bit presentable.

I shopped at this Walgreens this past week. Typically the staff are very friendly and professional. However; this time there was a young lady at the register with long braids and it seemed as if though she was rude or disturbed by waiting on customers. I had to go in her line more than once, due to the fact that I had to pick up another item and both experiences were the same. Please watch your film and see how staff is treating your customers. Your name is your brand and you don't want anybody ruining it.

This is my favorite Walgreens! Everybody is so nice and pleasant every single time I come in. Especially the short female cashier that works weekday evenings she is so sweet!

I am always happy with this Walgreens, I find the employees friendly and helpful. They are failing in cleanliness, this last time I had to use the bathroom while shopping the one stall door did not lock, there was no toilet paper in the stall that was locking, and no soap. During this time I think not only the store floor should be clean but so should the restrooms.

Customer Service is Dead!The same young lady answered all three of my calls. Each time, she seemed to be mumbling. I informed her that I could barely understand her. She seemed to 'could care less'. I'm assuming that she serves your pharmacy patrons as that was the option I selected, each call, from your automated system. Why'd I call 3X's? I'm so glad that you asked!The first call she placed me on hold to transfer me to the right person to answer my question. 20-minutes into a call experience that toggled back and forth between a series of rings and hold music, I hung up and called back. The second call...see above. The third call, she answered my question with a hard "no". The question: Can I get a TB shot for work at your store?The entire world is under a lot of pressure due to realities that need not be stated here because it's all redundant. Therefore, I understand why one who serves in the healthcare industry is under a triple dose of said pressure. However, if a consumer makes a request for a service, the last thing that he/she should experience is anything short of, at the very least, a recommendation to an alternative option to satisfy consumer's/patron's request, even if that requires a little research on the "professionals" side of the encounter. Your Olympia Fields front counter staff seems to lack the basic skills of service to paying consumers. Get it together. Just sad. Train your people. Clean house.

I politely asked the manager on duty where the restroom was and was met with an excessive amount of attitude. It completely caught me off guard considering the store was practically empty and she was stocking shelves. I planned on buying lunch for my construction crew working in the area but decided to go elsewhere because I was put off by her behavior, especially from the store manager.

The pharmacy is rude and most seems to have an attitude. I have dealt with Courtney she seems to be the only one with customer service skills. After today I will be going to a different location or maybe try Meijers and leave Walgreens all together.

The pharmacist Karen is lazy and rude. I called in doctor authorized prescription two days prior and when I heard nothing my husband called his doctor. They did NOT call the doctor, when I stated that point Karen threatened to call the police on me. These are life saving medications. I have been a loyal customer at this particular store and to be treated this way with condescending attitude is wrong. Karen fails in all respects of her job. She has attitude and quite frankly poor customer service. I will not go back unless this is rectified. She needs to be reprimanded for her lack of work ethic she has. As I have seen she is rude to each and every customer she comes in contact with. This behavior should NOT be tolerated. Laziness and apathy is not good combination when people need drugs to live. I really like this Walgreens. Every time I come here my prescription is filled right away. On average I have to wait about 10 minutes. The tech is very nice and helpful and the pharmacist is very knowledgable. I have gotten my prescriptions here for along time. I had switched to the Walgreens on governors for convience but recently switched back to this walgreens because they are more efficient and timely.
