The service I received here was beyond satisfactory. I came here to complete my po box reservation as well as deliver a package. At a previous location, they failed to put my business name on the box. So i switched locations, which i wish i would have chose this location in the first place. The clerk that assisted me was accurate, efficient, and put the business name on the box while I was still there! I am so happy with this transition

Best customer service ever! Have been to post offices closer to me but was in this area so went here, will drive the extra mile for this one here on out just the nicest employees.

I absolutely love this little post office. I feel like it’s nicely tucked out of the way. It’s never crowded and the staff is absolutely amazing. They are so friendly and helpful. It doesn’t matter when you go in there they’re always so pleasant.

I love that I have the 'BEST' Post Office in my town. I have been coming here for 23 years now & its the best hands down! Always courteous, helpful service!

This post office has the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. Everyone is so welcoming, kind, and helpful. On Christmas Eve they offered to take my number and call me once a very special package arrived to ensure I had it for Christmas. I don’t live in Olympia Fields but my PO Box is there due to the stellar service provided at this location!

This is the post office that I go to most often. It’s not the closest. It’s not even in my actual town. But, they have great customer service with a small town feel.

This is my favorite post office ever. Janice and Kim makes the perfect team. They are so thorough and very helpful. I've been to several post offices and in my opinion they are # 1. Keep up the excellent work ladies.

Best Post Office in the United States. Efficient and expert. Great advice and the most congenial and excellent staff. They know their "stuff" in terms of the PO business, but perhaps more importantly they know and care for their customers. This should be a model for all offices nationwide.

This is the best within 10 miles of 60466. The staff members are the friendliest and are happy doing their job. They love to answer questions. The one in Park Forest & Richton Park & Matteson is NOTHING CLOSE TO THIS LOCATION.
