We were given excellent help by Arlene for completing passport photos and assisting in completing renewal passports. Wayne has also been very helpful. We are lucky to have such a good staff at this location.

The service I received here was beyond satisfactory. I came here to complete my po box reservation as well as deliver a package. At a previous location, they failed to put my business name on the box. So i switched locations, which i wish i would have chose this location in the first place. The clerk that assisted me was accurate, efficient, and put the business name on the box while I was still there! I am so happy with this transition

I absolutely love this little post office. I feel like it’s nicely tucked out of the way. It’s never crowded and the staff is absolutely amazing. They are so friendly and helpful. It doesn’t matter when you go in there they’re always so pleasant.

I love that I have the 'BEST' Post Office in my town. I have been coming here for 23 years now & its the best hands down! Always courteous, helpful service!

This post office has the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. Everyone is so welcoming, kind, and helpful. On Christmas Eve they offered to take my number and call me once a very special package arrived to ensure I had it for Christmas. I don’t live in Olympia Fields but my PO Box is there due to the stellar service provided at this location!

This is the post office that I go to most often. It’s not the closest. It’s not even in my actual town. But, they have great customer service with a small town feel.
