From scheduling and check in to entering the office, and speaking with Dr. Nayak, and even checking out; EVERYONE was absolutely wonderful. They all make you feel welcome and cared for.

The staff is so nice and knowledgeable. They take the time to explain the treatment plan for me and what the end results will be. I always have a pleasant experience when I visit Southland Rheumatology Center.

The front desk personnel were professional and took care of me pleasantly, addressing by name and registered me quickly. The Dr’s nurse is always pleasant and she was thorough. I will say the same about the Dr, very pleasant, concern about my health. It was a very good visit

My honest opinion is I highly do not recommend this place.First and foremost I went there seeking answers and I got none.I was informed to take labs and of course I got the results back quick BUT haven’t heard back from the doctor. It’s been a week now. How can you give a patient lab results and not explain what any of it means and what next steps should be done. I’ve called them now 5 times wishing to speak with the doctor and not once has she called back or message me back on the portal.If you want peace of mind. Please don’t go here because for 7 days now all I have is more uncertainty on my health. Seems like a real problem here and the doctor of course clearly doesn’t care.

Staff were super helpful even after schedular sent me to wrong location. Doctor Nayak and here PA were quick and thorough. Seems to really want to diagnose the problem and offer care plans.

Everyone is very nice from the office staff to Dr. Nayak. Dr. Nayak is friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and very thorough. She personally called me with test results. You can tell she really cares about her patients. I had a great experience and I’m so glad I found this practice.
